Digging earth in any soil including mixed soil but excluding moorum, literate, sand stone or any other hard stone including spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed baling out water upto 1 m. depth, shoring etc. when and if required and back filling with medium sand (including cost of sand) on completion of steining works. 4.8 metre diameter of digging for 3.6 metre internal diameter of well. a) Upto 3 m. below G.L.

b) Beyond 3 m upto 6 m. below G.L.

c) Beyond 6 m upto 9 m. below G.L.

d) Beyond 9 m upto 12 m. below G.L.

Extra rock cutting over the corresponding rate for digging for the respective internal diameter of the well will be allowed on the different stage of depth. 5% extra for cutting moorum. 1 m. to 3 m. below G.L.

100 % extra inlaterite rock or sand stone cutting with chisel and jumpers, but not requring blasting. 3 m to 6 m below G.L.

6 m to 8 m below GL.

300% extra for cutting rock in built up areas using chisel, jamper and manual labour 8 m to 9 m below GL

9 m to 12 m below GL

Filling in foundation or plinth by fine sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water and ramming complete, including the cost of supply of sand. (Payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity)

Single brick flat soling of picked Jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centreing and necessary staging upto 4 metre using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams,columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor). (a) 25 mm. to 30 mm. thick wooden Shuttering as per decision and direction of EIC.

Ordinary Cement Concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips(20mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relavent IS codes. i) Pakur variety.

Ordinary Cement Concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips(20mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relavent IS codes. i) Pakur variety.

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work in al sorts of structure including distribution bars stirrups, binders, etc. including supply of rods, initial straightening of bent bars excluding coil bars and removal of loose rust (if necessary) cutting to requisitite length. (i) SAIL/TATA/RINL.

First class brick work for steining wall of well in cement mortar 1:4 below ground level including cutting bricks if required. Upto 3 m depth below GL

Beyond 3 m upto 6m. depth below GL

Beyond 6 m upto 9m. depth below GL

Beyond 9 m upto 12 m. depth below GL

Brick work with first class bricks in cement mortar (1 : 4) (a) In foundation and plinth. Above G.L.

12.5 cm. thick 1st class brickwork in cement mortar (1 : 4) .

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners, as directed and racking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/ staging where necessary ( ground floor) [ excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] ii) With 1:4 cement mortar, 20 mm thick.

Neat cement punning about 1.5 mm thick wall, dado floor drain etc complete.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry / Plain / Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall / return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing face. Complete as per drawing and Technical specifications.

Painting block letters or digits in Black Japan or any approved paint as per direction. (b) Size above 2.5 cm. and upto 4 cm.

(d) Size above 5 cm. and upto 7.5 cm.

BRICK KIOSK : Earthwork in excavation of foundation trenches or drains in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite and sand stone), including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils, within a lead of 75 m as directed.The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling,dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1500 mm.

Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidated the same by through saturation with water ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand.

Single brick flat soling of picked Jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Cement concrete with graded jhama khoa (Mix 1:3:6) (30 mm size) excluding shuttering.

25mm thick damp proof course with cement concrete with stone cheep (1:1.5:3) (with graded stone aggregate 10mm nominal size) and admixture of water proofing compound as per manufacturer's specification followed by two coat of polymar based paint (1st coat after 4 to 5 days of concrete laying and 2 nd concrete just before brick massonary work ) as directed (cost of water proofing compound and polymer based paint to be paid separately). (chequering not requried over concrete or painted surface)(note water proofing as per item no 60,polymer based paint as per item 59(a) of section (c) .

Brick work with Ist class brick in cement mortar (1 : 4) . a) In foundation upto Plinth.

(b) In superstructure ground floor.

125mm Brickwork with 1st class Bricks in cement mortar in ground floor ,

Cement concrete in foundation (1:1.5:3), floor and all sorts of R.C.C. works with approved grade stone chips excluding shuttering , reinforcement. (I) Pakur variety.

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work in al sorts of structure including distribution bars stirrups, binders, etc. including supply of rods, initial straightening of bent bars excluding coil bars and removal of loose rust (if necessary) cutting to requisitite length. i) Tor Steel/ mild steel.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centreing and necessary staging upto 4 metre using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams,columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor). (a) 9 mm. to 12 mm. thick approved quality ply board shuttering in any concrete work.

M.S. Or W.I. Ornamental grill of approved design joints continously welded with M.S.W.I Flats and Bars of window raling etc fitted and fixed with necessary screw and lugs in ground floor(add extra @ 1% for each addl. Floor up to 4th floor and @ 1.25% for each addl floor above 4th floor). (i) Grill weighing above 10 kg/sqm and upto 16 kg/sqm.

Supplying 1.5mm thick M.S. sheet fitted and fixed on one or both faces of M.S./ W.I. gate etc. with point welding at not more than 150mm apart complete in all respect as per design including costof all labour and materials.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners, as directed and racking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/ staging where necessary ( ground floor) [ excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] 20 mm thick plastering (1:4)

Neat cement punning about 1.5 mm. thick in wall dado, floor, drain, door and window sill etc. complete.

Artificial stoor in floor, dado, stair case etc with cement concrete (1:2:4)with stone cheep,laid in panels as direced with topping made with ordinary white cement (as necessary) and marbel dust in proportion (1:2) including smooth finishing and rounding off corners including racking out joints or roughening of concrete surface and application of cement @ 1.75 kg/sqm all complete including all materials and labour in ground floor topping (High polish grinding on this item permitted with ordinary cement) using grey cement. (i) 20 mm thick.

White washing including cleaning and smoothening surface thoroughly. Three coats (On new works only)

Applying decorative cement based paint of approved quality after preparing the surface including scraping the same thoroughly (plastered or concrete surface) as per manufacturer's specification. Two coats.

Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surface by sand papering etc.

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface on steel or other metal surface. (iv) Two coats (with any shade except white) for door and window.
