Demolition of reinforcement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

Separating, scraping and cleaning of reinforcement complete all as specified and directed.

Removing & Cleaning of existing loose concrete carefully by low impact high frequency hammer OR by manual chipping without damaging the existing good concrete including cleaning the surfaces by air jet etc. complete all as specified and directed. (Mode of measurement - breaking area of concrete )

Applying only NitoZinc Primer over RCC surfaces @ 5 sqm/ltr complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Anti corrosive Treatment to Reinforcement by applying zinc rich epoxy based protective coating with Zinc Rich Epoxy coating like Nitozinc Primer STD of Fosroc or equivalent of Dr. Fixit/BASF/ PIDILITE on the dry surface of the rebars (existing and additional rebars if provided) (Mode of measurement- per Kg of Material consumed ). Application of the products shall be by manufacturer’s authorized applicator and as per manufacturer's specifications.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar in 1:3 or ready mix plaster on roof surfaces of concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement & with using integral water proofing compound (as per manufacturer's instructions) complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for separately)

Shotcreting average thickness 25mm in RCC column, beams and slab etc (with mix min cement content of 350 kg per cum M-25). Concrete having the min characteristics compressive strength (with ordinary Portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregates of 6mm to 10mm size in proportion as per design criteria) including the cost of centering and shuttering at edges and corner etc as directed by Engineer-in-Charge preparation and cleaning the exposed surface and reinforcement with wire brushes and thourghly washing with water and allowing it to dry etc incl removal of dust by applying approved rust remover chemical and the coating with Dr Fixit Epoxy Zinc primer @ 6Sqm per Liter at DFT of 100 micron as per manufacture instruction.by carefully chipping , removing existing loose/damaged concrete cover etc, and cleaning all existing reinforcement bars with wire brush and applying alkaline rust converter primer on existing reber and allowing it to react with rust for 06 hrs and form corrision resistant layer , then applying zinc rich anti-corrosive protective coating on reinforcement bars as per manufacture instructions , and fixing welded wire mesh fabric size 50X50 mm with 3mm dia , plaster and plaster grade for concrete admixture 1 part of cement and 3.5 part of sand and average thickness 25 mm and making the surface even including 15mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces , finishing the surfaces even and smooth, without using extra cement including necessary form work to be carried out complete all as specified and directed. Note.- Where ever reinforcement/MS steel required will be measured and paid separately

S&F hard drawn steel wire fabric not exc 4kg/sqm cut to length, wire mesh to be fixed and firmly anchored to the concrete surface by means of 'L' shaped mild steel shear dey wieded with existing reinforcement including welding/tying with mild steel wire (annealed) not less that 0.9mm dia complete all as specified.

M&L for repairing of soffits of slabs/Chajja, Facia and similar works by dismantling of loose/ disintegrated portion of RCC upto 9.00 mtr height and in any situation, including provn of support, formwork and welding of reinforcement and fixing in position and with provision of weld mesh, applying dubbing 1st coat of 20 to 25mm thick in CM 1:3 finished rough and finishing coat of 10mm thick in CM (1:3) finished even and smooth without using extra cement over and including cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm, finished even and smooth to desired shape and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of arylic resistant primer to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.(weld mesh measured and paid separately) Note:- (i) Unit rate of this item includes the cost of scaffolding, formwork etc. and nothing extra shall be paid on account of variation in height. (ii) For payment purpose, the area of finished plaster in 2nd coat shall be considered.

M&L for Supply and application of single component, Shrinkage controlled, polymer modified, fiber reinforced cementitious repair mortar RENDEROC SP 40 of FOSROC or equivalent of Dr. Fixit/BASF/ PIDILITE having compressive strength minimum 45MPa in 28 days and Flexural Strength 7MPa in 28days, for replacing the damaged part of concrete and repairing the damaged surface of concrete. The item includes cost towards all complete. Application of the products shall be by manufacturer’s authorized applicator and as per manufacturer's specifications. (Thickness of 15mm –upto 20mm).
