Quote tender as per item Description, Technical Specification/Drawing/Annexure and Make to be clearly mentioned and related documents must be uploaded at the time of bidding otherwise offer will be liable to be passed over.

The Railway reserves the right to place orders for entire or bulk quantity on firms having proven satisfactory past performance of supply of same/similar items for at least 20 % of tender quantity in preceding three years against single order as per clause 16.4 of GTC.

1)The tender should indicate the Manufacturers name, month and year of manufacturing by casting/stamping/etching/embossing at an appropriate place of each piece supplied, without affecting the functional utility and structural stability of the components /material. However, if the same is not possible because of component/item being small in size or any other reason what severe, tender should indicate the same in their offer. 2) (i)The Railway reserves the right to place orders for entire or bulk quantity on OEM or their authorized dealers. (ii) Any firm quoting on behalf of OEM must submit valid & tender specific authorization certificate from their OEM along with their offer and agree for inspection by the nominated agency at the premises of their principal, failing which their offer is liable to be rejected. Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

Inspection by TPI

Calibration Certificate of Machine from NABL or any Govt. approved lab valid for one year required to be submitted at the time of delivery.

Guarantee / warranty certificate is required to be submitted at the time of supply of material.

Makers name and Brand must be mentioned in the offer.

The OEM or OEM authorised dealer shall submit, along with their offer, performance certificates for two (02) same or Similar systems supplied within the last five (05) years. The systems referenced in these certificates must have operated satisfactorily for at least one year from the date of commissioning, as of the original tender closing date.Failure which, offer being not consider. Performance certificate duly signed by competent authority.

Bidders must provide detailed technical specifications for their offered machine. they must provide specific values and data for each parameter mentioned in the annexure.

The OEM or OEM authorised dealer must have supplied & commissioned at least Ten (10) same or similar items to the Indian Railways within the last Five years. Copies of purchase orders (POs) & commissioning reports must be submitted along with counter signed by Railway gazeted offer.other wise offer may be rejected.

Only OEM or Authorized Dealer of OEM are eligible to participate the tender. OEM or OEM authorization certificate must be uploaded during submission of bid. Tenderers who are OEM, must give undertaking for supply of spare parts for a period of expected life of the machine/equipment. Other tendered must submit undertaking from OEM for supply of spare parts for a period of expected life of machine/equipment.

The supplier or his agent should attend the on-site repairing of any faulty unit within 48 hours of telephonic intimation and repair/replace the defective equipment which has failed or is proving unsatisfactory in service due to defective design, material or workmanship within the Warranty Period at his own expenses at user premises.

GC/WC as per IRS T&C and GC/WC certificate to be submitted at the time of delivery of material.

EMD & SD will be applicable as per GTC of E.Rly.

Public procurement (Preference to Make in India) is applicable as per gtc E.Rly.
