Disconnecting and isolating the compressor of BlueStar make and Model No JS84F-150B of 120TR capacity from the system by placing dummy plates to suction and discharge valves, opening the compressor, removing all internal parts cleaning of all parts thoroughly, segregating unserviceable spare parts, overhauling of compressors, supply and replacing the worn out parts viz., piston pins, lock rings, piston rings, oil rings, DV/SV springs, DV washers, DV lock plates valve lifter spring, nylon nuts, gasket sets etc., with new ones, refixing/reassembling the compressor unit, oil changing, testing for oil pressure, removing the dummy plates, leak testing of the compressor, testing and commissioning the compressor complete all as directed.

Note: 1. Works shall be executed through authorized representative of OEM and authorization letter of OEM shall be produced by the contractor to this effect before commencement of work.

2. Replaced parts will be measured and paid for separately as supply only and labour elements for fixing the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

3. All consumable items like cleaning oil, grease and tools for testing are to be provided by the contractor and cost of the same is deemed to be included in in the quoted rate.

4. Supply and charging of oil & Refrigerant gas will be measured and paid for separately under relevant items.

Disconnecting and isolating the screw compressors of CARRIER make and model No 30GX-092-A0153-PEE (War Head Area), 30GX-182-A0520-PEE (QR Lab), TRANE make and model No RTAA 100KY001A0C0B (EHSV) of 75TR capacity, electrically and mechanically from the system after pumping down the system, opening other end cover gear system, checking of the high speed gears, low speed gears, male & female rotors(asymmetric rotor), bearings, overhauling of the same, replacing of the worn out, unserviceable spares like trust anchor, roller, tapers, gasket set etc., with new ones, reassembling, refixing back to the system, flushing of the system with dry nitrogen (N2), charging of the oil, checking of the oil pressure, leak testing and gas charging complete all as directed.

Leak testing for AC plant of 25TR to 75TR capacity Nitrogen(N2) pressure (Nitrogen to be arranged by the contractor) after evacuating the existing gas from the system into empty cylinder by separating the entire system like compressors, condenser, cooling coil refrigerant lines and rectifying the leakage including cutting welding brazing etc., re-connecting including replacement of ‘O’ rings, washers, gaskets etc.,with new ones flushing out the Nitrogen, vacuumising, charging the gas complete all as directed.

Descaling of condenser of 25TR to 75TR by circulating descaling agent (HCL) through condensers by forced feed method by removing the end covers of the condensers, cleaning the each tube of condenser thoroughly by brushing, re-fixing the end covers with new rubber gasket, nuts bolts, washers and testing complete all as directed.
