Material and labour for removing the existing wooden beading on the kerb of jetty and stacking the serviceable wooden beading for refixing and taking away unserviceable beading under credit, removing the protruded portion of bolts that was used to fix the wooden beading and making good the disturbed/ uneven surface by using ECC with bonding coat to level up the damaged area with minimum 75mm to 100mm thickness including applying seal coat complete and disposing off the debris from Naval Jetty, Karanja and clearing off the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Quantity of timber which is not reused shall be deposited to user's store as directed.
Supply and fix for rubber coping of size 2000x300x200mm depth (or in short lengths to suit the site requirements) and fixed as kerbs on the top of sea face jetty wall with four numbers M24 SS 304 bolts of length 385mm. The fender shall be fixed with a MS galvanized flat of size 100x12mm covering the full length of the fender complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. The property of rubber used shall be as follows: Before ageing: Tensile strength not less than 17 MPa, Elongation shall not be less than 350% as per ASTM D412, Hardness Max 70 + 5°, Shore 'A' as per ASTM D2240. After ageing at 96 hours at 70°: The tensile strength not less than 80%, Elongation not less than 80% as per ASTM D 412 hardness + 8° shore A as per ASTM 2240, tear strength shall not be less than 70 kN/m. Compression set at 70°C for 22 hours 25% maximum as per ASTM D 395, abrasion resistance Maximum 1.5CC as per BS 903 A9 and Ozone resistance - no cracks as per ADSTM D 1171. All the above test reports shall be provided by the manufacturer. Necessary factory inspection during manufacturing process shall be arranged by the bidder. The Rubber coping is to be precoated with homogeneous colour with Black & Yellow alternately complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make: (a) "Dipti" M/s IRM offshore and marine Engineers Pvt Ltd - Ahmedabad, (b) M/S Industrial Rubber Moulders-Ahmedabad, (c) M/S Parth Associates-Mumbai Notes: (i) The quoted rate shall include the cost of SS 304 M24 bolt, Nuts and EPOXY GY 257 AND HARDNER HZ 140 BD USE AS PRIMER AND SEAL COAT AND IN RATIO 2:1 IN RATIO TO BE MIXED either epoxy pest readyiely available or use Epoxy Motor 2:1:8 GY 257; HZ 140 ; QUART SAND for fixing the bolt as recommended and supplied by the manufacturer of rubber fender. (b) The rubber coping shall be as per drawing No DSQ-A-200/1636/22 dated 29/11/2022 is attached.
Supply and fix for cast steel bollards capicity 40 Ton, the materials for the bollards will be as per IS 1030 Grade 340-570N or equivalent, fixtures will be of Grade 8.8 hot deep galvanized (HDG). bollards shall be painted as per ISO 12944, Bollards shall be sand blasted as per SA 2.5 according to ISO 12944, Primer: 50 to 60 microns, High Build Epoxy Paint : 300 microns as per drawing No BLRD-40/T/1433/23 dated 03/11/2023 is attached. Notes: (i) Castings will be poured with detachable integral pieces. The integral pieces shall be tested for its Mechanical and Chemical properties to be in compliance with the required specifications. (ii) The bollards will be inspected for its visual and dimension as per the approved drawings attached. (iii) Test report shall be reviewed by DNV-GL/ BVIS to ensure 100% compliance as per the specifications. (iv) Quantity of bollards which is not reused shall be deposited to user's store as directed.
Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving any thickness below or above ground level unreinforced complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Material and labour for ready mix cement concrete work in pavement /hardstanding (PQC) M-40 of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 500 kg of cement per cubic metre, lay in bay or as directed with including steel formwork to sides of concrete spread, compacted and including applying Bond Coat and Seal Coat complete finished in a ntinuous operation etc., BOND EPOXY GY 257 RESIN AND HARDNER 140 BD AND SEAL COAT GY 250 RESIN AND HARDNER 140 BD MIX WITH RATIO 2:1 PART PB complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Material and labour for preparation of concrete surface grinding by electric grinder, cleanig, brushing and applying epoxy screed of 15mm thick in single operation in panels comprising of as self leveling compound by weight or equivalent EPOXY MORTER/ PASTE as approved EPOXY MORTER MADE OUT FOR DRY SURFACE RESIN GY 257 :Hz 140 BD :QUART SAND IN RATIO OF 2:1:8 AND EPOXY PASTE MADE OUT OF RESIN AND HARdNER WITH QUART SAND READY AVAILABLE complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Material and labour for application of TWO coats of solvent free Epoxy Primer coat on floor using with composition of EPOXY BOND ARIDILE GY 257 AND ARUDUAR Hz 140 BD in the ratio 100:50 parts by weight shall be homogeneous mixed, achieved by using a mechanical stirrer machine with agitator blades or alternatively a drill machine with a paddle stirrer. Primer shall be applied at coverage of 3 to 4 sqm per kilograms per coat or epoxy primer shall be as per manufacturer's instructions and thickness of primer coating shall be as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Material and labour for applying of finishing coat comprising of BECK BOND SLF36A, BECKBOND SLF 36B, CP360 AND SILICA POWDER 200 in the ratio 100:55:7:210 parts by weight using epoxy colour pigment and Hight Glossy finish over underlay coat on surfaces of priming coat comprising of BECK BOND DOBECOCKOT 5022, EH460, SILICA POWDER 100 AND FCA 460 in the ratio 100:100:400:10-20 by weight or equivalent in K2P chemical polus Epothane as approved complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
Material and labour for application of two coat of EPOXY based coat on floor using with composition of ARIDIELE GY 257(RESIN) and ARADUR Hz 140 BD in the ratio 100:10 parts by weight which shall be homogeneous mixed, achieved by using a mechanical stirrer machine with agitator blades or alternatively a drill machine with a paddle stirrer. Primer shall be applied at coverage of 3 to 4 Sqm per kilograms per coat of EPOXY all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed thickness of coating shall be as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: The work shall be carried out by authorised applicator of approved firm only. Regarding sample authorised applicatgor of approved firm only. Regarding sample approval, bidder shall visit the site of work where sample patch of coating is marked before quoting of tender. The coating chemical shall be approved by GE. Necessary guarantee shall be also submitted by the contractor in writing as specified in PS.
