M & L for taking down existing transformer of any cap and size, shifting of transformer from one location to another location in Tarapure / Manekshaw, MES Store or any other location complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of transportation and any other item required for shifting is deemed to be included in the quoted rate..

M & L for taking down existing LT panel of any cap and size, disconnecting all the cables and shifting to another place as required, reconnecting the new LT cables with proper thimbles, glands etc and including replacement of bottom plate with required, dismantling old foundation and recasting the new foundation with block of size 30 x 30x 30 cm type C1 (1:2:4) and necessary Excavation complete all as specified and directed

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of outdoor type plinth mounted step down transformer, 11 KV/433 Volts (at no load) AC 3 phase 50 Hz, 630 KVA capacity, core type, double copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, Oil Natural-Air Natural (ON AN), with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYn-11, Neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having tapings at -7.5% to 7.5% on HV side and to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree celsius. The transformer shall be conforming to EEL-3 as per IS-1180 (Part - I) 2014 with latest ammendment 1,2,3 & 4 having total losses as per EEL -3 and shall comprise of the following:- (a) One cable box on HT side (primary side) consisting of three nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands (b) One cable box on LT side (Secondary side) consisting of four nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands (c) Oil conservator with drain valve and oil level guage. (d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (silica gel). (e) Exhaust vent, air release valve, Thermometer pocket on tank cover, Lifting lugs, Oil filling hole with cap / plug and four nos plain solid cast iron detachable rollers. (f) One no 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range 0-120 degree celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re-setting device. (g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover for earthing of body. (h) Name, Rating and diagram plate. (j) Extra bushing for neutral, in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral. (k) First fill of new transformer oil, IS-335 marked, filtered and tested upto 55 KV dielectric strength (l) Providing adequate size and nos of channels, embeded in floor, for movement of transformer.

M&L for Cross Arms, bracings, supports, clamps, eye hook and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including pole clamps stay clamps, D clamps, nuts, bolts, washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique or by manual means for laying underground pipe upto 150mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying double wall corrugated pipe (DWC) in replacement conforming to IS 19430 Part - I of size 180mm outer dia and 152 mm inner dia complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and laying double wall corrugated pipe (DWC) in replacement conforming to IS 19430 Part - I of size 120mm outer dia and 103.5 mm inner dia complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and laying double wall corrugated pipe (DWC) in replacement conforming to IS 19430 Part - I of size 50mm outer dia and 38 mm inner dia complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down unserviceable / old ACSR conductor any size from over head lines, poles by removing binding wire, service wire, cables and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulator any type / any size from LT / HT poles including cross arms complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , laying, jointing, testing and commissioning LT underground cable, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, strip armoured heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductors IS-7098, laid in trenches /fixed on wall /floor /road /culverts /pole or encased in GI pipe of cable size 400 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for laying of cable etc, and for foundation of poles, stays etc. not exc 10sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. The rate inclusive of taking down and refixing of any type of cheqered tiles, interlocking tiles complete make good as per existing. 2. The PCC work shall be measured & paid for separately uner respective item of Sch 'A' / BOQ

M&L for returning filling in approved excavated soil including spreading levelling and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m & depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground level and connected to and including galvanized iron earth streep 25x4 mm by means of GI nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers thimbles, etc as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connection to main switch board/Test point/panel/equipment and testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in, and removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exc 50 metre, charcoal and salt in alternate layer 15 cm thick all around the earth plate electrode, MS funnel with wire mesh, GI pipe medium grade 20 mm bore for watering and 40mm bore upto 7.50 metre long GI pipe light grade for earth wire protection fixed with poles/wall with two clamps, made from MS flat 25 mmx3mm, bolts, nuts and washers, PCC chamber (1:3:6) type C1, 40mm thick precast RCC cover 1:2:4 type B1 shall be provided on CI frame etc complete including taking down existing u/s earthing all as specified & as directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning in replacement of factory made tested busbar chamber plate mounted suitable for , 415 volts 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated Aluminium bus bar of rating 200 Amp 4 Nos installed on proceline/ SMC insulator. busbar chamber shall be dust and vermin proof IP -65 class protection and made of CRCA sheet and fix in wall through grouting, including all fixing accessories such as sutable size of nuts, bolts, washers, grouting bolts, fixing of LT incoming and outgoing cable through suitable size of legs. Material and labour for construction of Substation (4Mtr x 4 Mtr) , outdoor type incl necessary excavation, levelling, spreading of gravels etc. complete with comprising the followings :-(a) Platform for Transformer :- M & L for Size 3000X3000X1500 mm (500 mm below GL & 1000 mm above GL) for installation of transformer with, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 as in foundation, fly ash brick wall of 230 mm incl plastering with cement Mortar 1:4 incl filling under floors watering and well ramming with soil and 100 mm PCC 1:2:4 coping on the top of platform and two coats of Cement based paint over a coat of Primer incl preparation of newly plastered surfaces. 1.5 Mtr wide ramp on one side of platform to Path with slope of 60 degree (b) S & F Galvanised chain link fencing of size 100 x 100 x 4mm dia, 2.1 Mtr high with swan neck, angle Iron post of 50x50x5mm with 40x4mm flat Iron fixed with nut & bolts, 10 mm dia rounded bars as in spacers and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc oxide along with GI 2 strand barbed wire, PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 as in foundation incl necessary excavation and earth work. (c) M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 (Using 40 mm graded stone agg) as in Sub base, 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B1(Using 20 mm graded stone agg) incl necessary excavation and earth work. 1 Mtr wide along both side of fencing all around the substation. (d) M&L for 4 Mtr wide Steel gate with RCC Pillars, two coats of Synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces over a coat of Zinc oxide primer incl preparation of surface incl necessary excavation and earth work, incl two coats of Cement based paint on pillars. (e) Gravels of 40 mm upto 100 mm height all around the Platform, path and inside the fencing of Sub Station. (f) Danger notice plate 02 Nos on the gate & fencing of Sub Station

S&F PVC junction box suitable for street light of size not less than 350mm x 250mm x 150mm, made out of polycarbonate having front side openable shutter duly provided with locking arrangement and provided with 04 Nos aluminium bus bar of rating 200 Amp including neutral terminals alongwith 01 No MCB 6 Amp SP and provision of 02 Nos cable entries with cable gland of size upto 16 sqmm 4 core, fixed on any type of street light pole with proper size MS clamp with nut & bolt and connected assessories complete all as specified and directed.

S&F FRLS PVC insulated and PVC sheathed 1.5 sqmm 3 core multistranded copper conductor cable from for street light including PVC wire connectors for making connection complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement street light bracket made to shape out of GI pipe 32 mm bore light grade, 1.5 meter length fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement 20mm rigid non-metallic PVC conduit inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Disconnecting and taking down from poles existing street light fittings of any type or any watt and size and refixing the street light after Disconnecting the ACSR conductor.

M/L for Demolition of path /concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) .complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The rate inclusive to good make as per existing.

M/L for cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) 150mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L for LT cable heat shrinkable straight through jointing kit of cable size 25 to 50 Sqmm, 3.5/4 Core and all connected materials complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in mass concrete and filling complete for foundation complete all as specified and directed

Supply, erecting & fixing in replacement Prestressed concrete pole, 9.0 metres long, 102mm x 172mm at top and 102mm x 279mm at bottom, class 10, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge. Note :- (i) The rate quoted shall deemed to included taking out conductors, earth wire from existing pole and re fixing to newly errected pole. (ii) Earth work & PCC shall be measured and paid separately.
