Taking down wall panelling and similar work of any description including cover fillets and frame work complete all as directed.

S & F solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame complete all as directed.

S & F 5 mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame including PVC fillets & PVC strips complete all as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards any thickness including cover fillets.

4mm thick non asbestos fibre cement designer board ISI Marked fixed with screw to aluminium frame work in ceiling flat or sloppy as per manufacturer instructions

Ditto except non asbestos building boards

S&F Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling for size of grid 605 x 605 mm including hangers 6 mm dia GI (up to 1200 mm long) adjusting level fixed to roof complete all as specified

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M & L for non - skid coloured ceramic tiles 6 to 7 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of CM (1:6) etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match.

M & L Coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 300 x 200 x 7/450/350/7 mm thick as in vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match,and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20 mm thick granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/ dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

M&L Brick work with old size burnt fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

RR masonry with best quality locally available stone,(Baklohi stone) uncoursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in CM 1:6 inclhammer drassing complete all as specified.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, path etc laid in alternate bays not exc 3 m in length, and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster or any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debris to a distance not exc 50 mts and depositing where directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster concrete surfaces or fair faces of brick work in CM (1:6) surface finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L rendering 05 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling etc, finishing the surface and even and Smooth without using extra Cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surface on ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper on wall on new plasted surfaces including preparation over a coat of Birla wall putty and a coat of JK Primer and using airless spray technology and capable of operating single spray gun with a suitable hose length the spray machine should be reputed manufacture with pro-guard technology and capability of tracking pressure as well as paint and primer usage incl cleaning the floor , joinery, surfaces usage complete all as specified and directed. Note : Work shall be executed by the authorised agency subject to prior apporval of AGE(I). (Make : Goodlass Nerolac (Super Acrylic), Asian Paints(Tractor Acrylic Distemper), Berger Paints (Bison Super) or equivalent)

Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or by steel wire brushes, scraping down smoke spots, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc. and applying one coat of white wash on walls after filling holes with putty, complete all as specified
