| 1.01(i) Carrying out apex-to-apex traverse and capturing all salient features such as permanent structures, roads, culverts, pipelines, drains/nalas, fire line, electrical poles (LT/HT/EHT), underground LT/HT lines/cables, transformers, septic tanks, STP, WTC, communication cables, OFC, water supply lines, sewer lines, chambers, manholes, worship places, water bodies/ lakes and all vegetation including trees having girth greater than 30 cm, specifying the girth and type/species of each tree, underground services as guided by departmental representative etc. Determining depth of bottom of water bodies/ lakes and volume of water at Full Reservior Level (FRL) by appropriate method including provision of boat (as required). Establishing GTS (Great Trigonometrical Survey) benchmarks at designated locations as per site conditions and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The benchmark shall be established in accordance with government norms, transferring levels from nearby existing benchmarks of Survey of India. Providing and constructing M30 Grade RCC pillars with minimum dimensions 450 × 450 mm (as per tender drawings) and Exterior-grade painting with primer. Supply and fixing stainless steel 304 plate of size 250 × 250 × 6 mm on top of the pillar, with anchoring with steel anchors, marking, punching, and engraving of reduced levels (R.L.), co-ordinates etc. as directed. The GPR survey shall be conducted in coordination with the topographical survey, ensuring all detected utilities to be precisely geo-referenced and reflected on the topographical base map in CAD and Geopackage format.
Preparation and submission of deliverables, including: i. Base map showing surveyed area and GPR scan lines. ii. Plan showing identified utilities with coordinates, depth, and type. iii. Radargrams and interpreted sections. iv. Technical report detailing methodology, equipment used, and interpretation summary v. Digital data in CAD (.dwg) and GIS-compatible formats (geopackage), aligned with campus coordinate system vi. Hard and soft copies of the final utility mapping report.
