BOQ (CLEANING AND REPAIR OF SEWAGE LINE, SEPTIC TANKAND MANHOLES IN AKASH & MARU VIHAR AT AF STN SURATGARH )
Cleaning of all blockages of Nahni traps/floor traps/bottle traps, blockages of WC's, 100 mm dia CI pipe upto 1st manhole/GT in shafts, vertical CI soil/waste pipe stacks, CI Tee/door bends etc to maintain sewage system by employing Safaiwala from 0900 hours to 1700 hours with permissible lunch break at Akash Vihar, OMQ and Maru Vihar,officers mess on daily basis with manual/pressure cleaning pump and flexible rods and other necessary mechanical equipments all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Supervisors should received everyday complaint through MES Complaint register for Akash Vihar (SMQ, OMQ ) and Maru vihar. (ii) Penalty in case not attending to each complaint during same working day will be recovered from contractor @ Rs.100 per complaint. (iii) Rate included for all necessary T&P for Mechanical cleaning / manual cleaning shall be provided by Contractor. (iv) The Disposal of mud/silt, sludge & other debris retreived from cleaning time should remove outside of MOD premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge (v) If necessitated by JE/Engr-in-Charge/ GE, contractor will provide to attend the complaints as required on Sunday/ holidays.
Cleaning of pipe drains by rodding 150 mm internal dia of drain pipe upto 3.0 mtr in depth and removal of sludge/silt/liquid mud sand (in foul conditions) etc out of MOD premises including testing of drains by filling the pipe with water, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge (Depth to be measured from existing level to invert level of pipe) complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge.
All as per item No 2 above but cleaning of 200 mm internal dia of drain pipe depth upto 3.5 metre complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge.
Dewatering/desilting manholes of any size, upto 1.50 metre depth and removing all solid/semi solid waste matter or silt residue both organic and inorganic in nature (by manual or mechanical system at contractor’s discretion) including removing RCC manholes covers and refixing the same after making the manhole fully functional, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Rate included for Removing of all solid/semi solid waste material out side to MOD land during same day of cleaning.

Cleaning of Grease trap tank by taking out the sludge mud/silt etc and removing to outside of MOD premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
Removing all deposited Clay/slit/muds/Cobbels/solid or semisolid waste or any other type of deposition upto 3 meter deep for cleaning in existing drain bed of culverts over the drain including cutting of small bushes, small tree girth not exc 30 cm and removal of muddy soil including small bushes, small trees girth not exc 30 cm including removal of RCC drain cover of any size and refixing the same under foul conditions including disposal of the excavated material duly covered during transportation out of MoD area, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
De-watering of septic tanks/soakage wells of any size and any depth by pumping with trolley mounted pump sets including carrying the waste water in closed containers and unloading it out side the MoD land at location shown by Engr-in-Charge at a distance n. exc 15 km from the starting point including removing the existing manholes cover and replacing the same, septic tanks/soakage wells of any size/depth complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge Note:- (i) Hydraulically driven high pressure pump, capacity of 295L/min at 135 bar. (ii) Hydraulically driven high pressure pump, having 1850 cum/hr Suction Pressure. (iii) Rear hydraulic driven hose reel with 120m jetting hose. (iv) Proper safety of the operator during operation. (v) Rate shall be deemed to included in quoted rate.
Cutting and uprooting grass, vegetation shrubs, bushwood undergrowth, roots and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth surrounding manholes, gully trap, bend, wall pipe and overhead tank etc and levelling of ground around the manholes and removing rubbish to a distance exc 50 mtr and not exc 250 mtr and clear the site, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), including removal of rubbish in low lying area, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.
Plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in Surface channels, drains and similar works, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre deep in soft/loose soil for foundations etc. or for cesspits etc. or for manholes not exc. 10 Sq. m on plan and not exc. 1.5 metre in depth or for shiftling existing sewage lines and getting out , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Removing excavated material to distance exceeding 250 metre but not exceeding 500 metre and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point in soil, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc & removing debries out of MoD land, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Brick work with sub class 'B' , straight or curved on plan not exc 6m mean raidus built in cement mortar 1:6 , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
