Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 Metre wide and not exc 1.50 Metre depth for laying of UG Cable/Pole/Stays etc getting out in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, Filling in including Spreading, Leveling, Watering and Well Ramming in layers not exc. 25 Cm thick in Soils, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing Surplus soil to a distance not exc 50.00 Metre away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 Metre above the Starting Point, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L clean dry river sand in trenches/ducts for cushioning to cable, 8 cm in depth before laying the cable and 15 cm in depth after laying the cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Punned thick ness of sand shall be measyred and paid.

M & L Cement Concrete PCC 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) type B2 as in coping of pole, for stays etc including form work & finishing the surfaces even & smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Sub class ‘B brick, old size, as cable protection cover, laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable, on sand cushioning, with width equal to the length of the brick, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing GI Pipe light grade with all fittings for passing of cables fixed to pole / wall / laid under floor or roads including all fixing accessories complete for protection of cable of 100 mm dia of dia bore complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Cable route indicator / Marker made up of PCC Block in cement mortar 1:3:6 ( 20 mm graded aggregrate ) of size 900 x 300x 100 mm thick with DANGER / 440 VOLTS, LT CABLE /MES embossing on cable route Indicator / Marker including painting as per approved colour and buried in ground 45 Cms including necessary earth work ( as required / ordered at site) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of 3.5 core x 240 Sqmm (from DG Set to Main LT Panel complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning silent generating set with accoustic enclosure of capacity 160 KVA Diesel Engine driven 3 phase 415 VoltS,4 wire,50 hz ,0.8 PF,1500 RPM engine as per IS : 10001/10002 and alternator as per IS 13364 complete with AMF panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure, control panel having meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms and foundation etc. complete all as specified & comprising of the following :- (a) Prime Mover : Suitable for driving 160 KVA alternator, battery (electric start) diesel engine of suitbale capacity BHP confirming latest IS and a fuel tank suitable for 12 hours consumption capacity mounted on MS frame pedestal support, rated for continues running, capable of taking 10% over load for one hour in any 12 hrs operation taking into consideration de-rating due to altitude/temp & complete with following standard accessories. (i) Fly wheel and fly wheel housing to match with the flexible coupling. (ii) Flexible coupling with guard. (iii)Air cleaner dry type. (iv) Lubricating oil filter,flow paper element type.(v) Blower type fan. (vi) Fuel pump. (vii) Governor class 'A' governing as per latest IS. (viii)Turbo charger. (ix)Starter, motor for electric start complete with dynamo /alternator, lead acid storage batteries heavy duty of 12 V 100 AH capacity shall be brought to site uncharged with initial charge of electrolyte before commissioning starting/stopping switch, ammeter, Voltmeter, Voltage regulator and battery leads of adequate size and length for connection (x) Hour meter (xi) Exhaust silencer with exhaust piping brought out side the building and (complete lenght of exhaust silencer,and exhaust piping should be wrapped with 12 mm dia asbestos rope) (ii) instrument panel duty wired into prime mover and comprising of :- (a) Lubricating oil temperature guage (b) Lubricating oil pressure guage (c) battery charging ammeter (d) Starting switch with key and cut out (xiii) Lubricating oil pump (xiv) Fuel filters. (xv) Hoses for fuel tank (xvi) Vernier control system for speed regulation.(xvii) Air cleaner assembly.(B) Alternator suitable for 160 KVA capacity DG set at 0.8 PF self excited,self regulated ,3 phase 50 Hz,415 V 1500 RPM 4 wire alternator,screen protected,drip proof free from stimulation problems,continous rating conferming to latest IS complete all as specified and directed. Note: On completion of installation testing will be carried out by rep of accepting officer/IEM for 12 Hrs duration as per norms of testing. Completion will be given once testing has been carried out satisfactorily.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip of size 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead by mean of nut/bolt and washer of galvanized iron or steel drawn through 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part I of 2009 including necessary excavation and earth work GI pipe 20mm dia medium grade for watering PCC chamber with PCC cover in cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1(20mm graded aggregate), funnel, wire mesh, charcoal dust, salt etc, connected to panel board/Gen Set as indicated including testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Value of earthing to be written on the PCC cover to be painted with two coat of black bituminous paint and letters on white enamel paint with earthing pit name dully indicated in which earthing is conneted.
