Charges for fabrication and erection of structural support stand for unit IV & V cooling tower A,B &C cooling water pipe line support, makeup water line support and structural arrangements for motor lifting in cooling tower A,B &C rates including the shifting of materials, cutting, welding of angle, channel structural’s after removing the existing damaged plates & angles channel structural’s at unit IV & V cooling tower A,B&C, T&P hire charges, consumables etc., as per the direction of engineer – in – charge.

Material cost(Contractor scope) I. channel:(100x50x50)mm =1111.89kg II .MS Plate =103.11kg III.Channel (100x50x50)mm =200.61KG IV.Channel(100x50x50 )mm = 257.91 kg V.Angle (65x65x6)mm=145.70 kg Total weight (I to V) = 1819.22 OR Say= 1819kg

Charges for grouting of 12 Nos. support channel of size (100 X 50 X 50 ) mm in the corners of the existing cooling tower A,B & C in Unit IV & V. The rates inclusive of stone cutting, grouting, cement, sand, fixing bolts, jelly, other consumables etc.

Material cost(Contractor scope) M12 X150mm Bolt & Nut

Charges for one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of painting of all supports for A, B & C Cooling water pipe lines of Unit IV & V and structural supports for UPS V.

Charges for scaffolding upto 6.8 m EL all four side of cooling towers to facilitate for carrying out the works such as positioning Structural supports, Pipe line stand supports and Motor lifting arrangement fitting and welding works around the four side of cooling towers etc
