Taking down chowkhat or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame) of area exc 1.5sqm but n. exc. 4.0 sqm each, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description of area n exc 1sqm each, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Factory made aluminium powder coated frame for doors, partitions, windows and ventilators with one or more rebates of extruded built up standard tubular and other section of approved make according to IS 1868 (Thickness or powder coating not less than 50 micron).) fixed with rawal plugs, aluminium anodised screws or fixing with clamps or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps of junctions for glazing, panelling, aluminium anodised screws etc., complete all as specified.

S&F Factory made powder coated aluminium sliding type window/ventilator (Triple Track type), fabricated with aluminium sections bottom track of size 92 x 31.75 x 1.6mm, side & top frame 92 x 31.75 x 1.4mm, top & bottom shutter rail with 39 x 17 x 1.4mm, outer style of size 39 x 17 x 1.4mm, interlock style of size 39 x 27 x 1.4mm of approved make according to IS (thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) with glazing clips, with and including 4mm thick sheet frosted glass for two shutters fixed with rubber gasket and SS wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm for wire mesh shutter fixed with aluminium beading, anodised aluminium fitting/fixture such as required number of rollers of suitable size, interlocking cleats/plates etc as required, complete all as specified. Note : Quoted rate shall be inclusive of frame, shutter, sheet frosted glass, SS wire mesh and hardware such as butt hinges, tower bolts, handles, locking arrangement etc, complete as required at site.

S&F 4mm thick tinted reflective glass of any colour, ordinary quality with and including Neoprene beadings in squares exc 0.50 Sqm in each pane, complete all as specified.

S&F 12mm thick vernered decorative plywood, grade 1, with BWR resin, with decorative face verners on both faces fixed with screws in position with and including PVC/Neoprene gasket for glazing, glazing clips in doors, windows, partitions in squares not exc 0.50 Sqm in each pane, complete all as specified.

M&L for 12mm thick toughened glass as in door shutter / partitions etc., fixed to wall / floor, joints sealed with clear silicon silicate gel to make water tight, diamond cutting edges with taper drilling to flush the screws, with and including necessary fixtures and fittings as required such as floor hinges, SS patches fitting top, bottom and sides, locks, handles, spider joint etc., concealed floor door spring and engraving as required, complete all as specified.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window Frame/ Chowkhat of size 45mm x 70mm with virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate & natural fibbers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) & non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) with mitre joints after applying PVC solvent cement & screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant, and fixed in position with and including MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension rade), calcium carbonate and natural fibbers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
