REPAIR RESURFACING AT VARIOUS BITUMEN CONCRETE ROADS FOOTPATH AND CULVERTS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS UNDER THE AOR OF AGE B R III OF GE AWC MHOW

M&L for preparation of surfaces of existing black top surface or bituminous macadam surfaces with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning to clean the surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc on black top/concrete surfaces and applying evenly a priming coat/tack coat with bitumenious primer, using paving bitumen of Grade VG-30 at the rate of 5 Kg/10 Sqm and M&L for Bituminious premixed hot mix Asphaltic Semi- Dence Concrete using 5.5 % binder content (VG-30 Grade paving bitumen with minimum Marshal stability 1200 kg/sqcm) by weight of total mix and with thickness of 40 mm (consolidated Thickness) including rolling with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller and minimum 5Km/hour to uniform and smooth surface and consolidation to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 cu.m. of sand mixed with 6.8 kg of bitumen, applied and rolled to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness not more than 75 mm) with 4% binder content of paving bitumen of grade (VG-30) by weight of total mix laid and rolled with 8-10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber up to outer edges of roads on existing black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of road surface and applying thermoplastic reflective paint for marking of minimum 2mm thick double coat as a centre line or edge line etc, road marking of 150/100 mm width using "HOT MARK" thermo plastic paint (Hot application) white /yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as binder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcuim caronate, inter filler etc, thermoplastic & glass beads shall be conforming to Cause 803.4 of MORTH specificaiton, including minimum thermoplastic paint @ 6.5kg/sqm & spraying of mimimum glass beads @ 300gms/Sqm etc complete all as per manufacture's instructions and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete as per manufacturer's instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed.
