Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) n.exc. 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 1 above but exc. 1.5 Sqm and n.exc. 4 Sqm each.

Taking down shutters of any description n.exc. 1 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 3 above but exc. 1 Sqm and n.exc. 2 Sqm each.

Refixing shutters in same opening of any description n exc 1 Sqm each in same opening.

Refixing shutters in same opening of any description exc 1 Sqm but n exc 2 sqm each in same opening.

Cutting holes for inserting hold fast and making good dismaltled portion in CM (1:3) in brick walls, built in cement mortar or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1as required exc one brick but not exc two bricks complete all as specified and direcrted.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC C channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail, on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail.Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made solid PVC chowkhats or frames of size 50mmX47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS Square tube, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 50 x 100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum comp ressive strength of 58 N/mm2 , modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be include in the quoted lum sum). → Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.
