Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work finished even and fair without using extra cement

M & L for Rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement.

M&L for preparing plastered new and undecorated surface of walls, applying chalk whiting on plastered surface preparatory to walls with two coats of cement base paint white or tinted .

Applying one coats of cement base paint on old surfaces wall including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces exceeding 10 cms width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zink chrome primer .

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not other wise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.

Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bar; barred iron doors; ladder; framed balusters; railing;frame work for water tanks,etc and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gd E-165.

S & F mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165
