Taking up GI water mains of size 150 mm bore (including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints wherever applicable complete all as specified and directed

Supplying, laying, connecting and testing, 150 mm bore ductile iron pipe class K-9, socket and spigot ends (push on joints) suitable for and including jointing materials, rubber gaskets (Tyton ring) in standard working length conforming to IS-8329 laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for DI fitting upto 150 mm bore such as bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, bends, tee pieces single branch Y junction double branch cross (all socket or socket and spigot) collar cap and plugs suitable for spigot and socket pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 150 mm bore non return valve with DI double flanged type , heavy duty ISI marked , horizontal type with nut bolts and jointing material i.e. rubber gasket and taking down old one complete all as specified and directed . Make : Kirloskar/Leader/Zoloto/Audco/ UPADAYAY

Supply and fix DI flanges tamperproof air released valve suitable for 20 kg working with single air Outlets, conforming to IS 14845 of size 150 mm dia bore and taking down old one complete all as specified and directed . Make : Kirloskar/Leader/Zoloto/Audco/ UPADAYAY

Supply and fix 150 mm bore Sluice valve with flanged ends as per IS-14846 PN-1.6 , heavy duty including brass spindle and wheel with nut bolts and jointing material i.e. rubber gasket and taking down old one complete all as specified and directed . Make : Kirloskar/Leader/Zoloto/Audco/ UPADAYAY

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 20mm graded aggregate as in pillar / column for holding GI/CI/DI pipe of 150mm dia including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & fix GI strip 32mm x 6mm complete with saddles and fixing screws complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in the ground vertically to depth not less than 3 Mtr below the ground level with the top edge of earth plate, depth not less than 2.25 Mtr below the ground level connected to GI earth strip of 32 mm x 6 mm size by means of bolts, nuts and washers protected by GI tubing light grade 40 mm dia upto Test point, 20 mm dia watering pipe with funnel & wire mesh, PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 using 20 mm stone aggregates, 40 mm thick RCC cover slab (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I including earth work in any type of soil ,removal of surplus soil and providing charcoal dust & salt layers all around the earth plate upto 15 cm all as required specified & directed by engr in charge ( NOTE:- Up to 7.5 Mtr length of pipe of 40 mm dia and GI strip shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by tenderer. GI pipe and GI strip beyond 7.5 Mtr will be measured separately under respective item).

M&L for construction of brick masonry valve chamber of size 1200mm x 1200mm x 1200mm (Internal dimension) with PCC 1:3:6 foundation 150mm thick, brick work 23cm thick built in CM 1:6, PCC 1:3:6 coping 50 mm thick, plastering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 to all internal and exposed surfaces including excavation earth work in any type of soil, MS sheet cover 3mm thick fixed with angel iron frame 50x50x6mm with locking arrangement embedded in PCC and painting ot MS cover with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning centrifugal electric driven pump set of minimum, 2500 LPM discharge capacity working at 80 mtr head (head range 70 to 100 mtr and discharge range as per manufacturer catalogue) with suitable capacity motor , 3 phase , 440 volt, 50Hz with 1500 RPM including suitable capacity star delta starter with over load & single phase protection (starter to be mounted in existing panel) and PCC foundation of suitable size including necessary fittings and all incoming and out going pipe line and electric connection upto panel all as specified and directed. Excavation in trenches, not exc.1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manhole, pier holes, laying /removing of pipe etc. not exceeding 10Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manhole, pier holes, laying /removing of pipe etc. not exceeding 10Sqm on plan and not exc.1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling watering & well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removing excavated material (soil) up to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified & directed
