Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters area not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters area exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutter of any discription area n. exc 1 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutter of any discription area exc 1 Sqm and n exc 2 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC `C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, Pa+nelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stliles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and jointed together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pressed steel frame for door with one rebated of size (105 x 60)mm with necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate with and including back filling inside hollow section of chowkhat with PCC (1:2:4) tyype B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pressed steel frame for door with double rebated of size (125 x 60) mm with necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate with and including back filling inside hollow section of chowkhat with PCC (1:2:4) tyype B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 35mm thick factory made flush shutter, solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood factory made glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass or gauge etc divided into squares with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, provided with stiles and rails as specified in SSR Part-I Section-8 clause 8.20 (a) fixed to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.
