M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level, connecting to the Galvanised iron earth lead 32x6mm size, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and 32x6 mm earth lead protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 40 mm bore including provision of concrete pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x3 mm with lugs-02 Nos and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI medium grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.5 meter long placed on top edge of earth plate common salt and charcoal filling, test point with fixing arrangements, funnel wire mesh and earth work in hard/dence soil returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m, all as per electrical plate No 5 of SSR-2010 Part-I and connecting to earth test point all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Single pointed air termination aluminium rod , 12 mm dia, 300mm long with necessary fixing arrangements as per site requirements complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing aluminium strip 25 mm x 3.15 mm complete with saddles and fixing screws as roof conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Tubes light grade galvanised of size 32 mm with all fittings and fixed complete for suuporting the air temination rod and protection of GI strip complete all as directed

M & L for Test point terminal block made of gun or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x 25 mm, drilled and secrewed including 3 nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex. Head screw including removal old extg unsv one complete all as directed complete.

Supply and fixing of earthing pit cover made out of cast iron painted with black colour with weight upto 3.5 Kg of suitable size complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing of earthing pit cover made out of 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4kg/Sqm) with handle of any suitable size as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing of concrete earthing pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm buried in ground or fixed on walls/poles with fixing arrangement of nut bolt as required complete all as specified and directed

M&L for testing of earthing pit, noted down the reading and if desired value does not come pouring of salt water by mixing common salt in water and retesting the earthing value, painting to the earthing pit, writting the earthing value and date of testing over the earthing pit cover complete all as specified and directed
