Dismantling brickwork or stone work and cement concrete in cement mortar and including stacking of material within a distance of 60 m as per direction of engineer in charge.

Earth Work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm. layers including ramming, compaction and dressing the surface to the required levels and slopes and also including 1.50m. lift and 200m. lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil bank with in 200m. distance as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in foundation in dry ordinary soil i/c lift upto 1.50m & lead upto 30m and including backfilling, watering and ramming of excavated soil into the trenches or into the space between the structure and the the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth with removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and laying Cement Concrete 1:3:6 with Cement, coarse sand and crushed stone aggregate including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying R.C.C. 1:1.5:3 with Cement, coarse sand and crushed stone aggregate including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Cement Concrete 1:2:4 with Cement, coarse sand and crushed stone aggregate including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 with Cement, coarse sand and crushed stone aggregate including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Centering & Shuttering for C.C. work including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Centering & Shuttering for R.C.C. work including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Steel Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including cutting, binding, and placing in position including cost of all material, such as steel, binding wire etc. labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and Laying one layer of Tar felt I.S.I marked at the junction of wall and roof or any place i/c necessary overlap giving a coat of approved mastic paint below the tar felt including all cost of material , labour and T&P. etc. required for proper completion of work all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing 75mm dia PVC Pipe (Kisan/Supreme) including all cost of material , labour and T&P. etc. required for proper completion of work all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

B/W in 1:4 Cement & Coarse Sand including cost of material labour and T&P etc Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Pointing on brick work with cement mortar 1:3 with cement and Sand struck deep pointing including all cost of material, labour T&p etc. Complete. all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint(Apex) of required shade: New work (Two or More coat applied @1.67ltr/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @2.20Kg/10 Sqm including cost of all materials required for proper completion of work all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
