Supplying, installation, connecting, testing and commissioning of outdoor type distribution transformer of 250 KVA, 11/0.433 KV, 3 phase, 50 Hz, ONAN cooled oil immersed copper wound step down enrgy efficient (Level 2) as per IS 1180 : 2014 with amended No 1, 2, 3 & 4 floor mounted complete with first filling ISI marked filtered & dehydrated transformer oil and other standard fittings / accessories and 7 position off circuit/load tap changer (tapping range +/- 7.5% in steps of 2.5% each) with vector group DYN -11 complete all as specified and as directed Note - (a) The ambient temprature shall be 48 degree Centigrade when measured by the resistance method after continuous full load run . (b) The transformer shall be complete with standard fittings all as specified and conforming to IS:335 of 1993 for oil and IS: 1180 Part -I of 2014 for transformer and comprising of followings:- (i) One No cable box on LV side (secondary side) consisting of 04 Nos of porcelain bushing with bushing rods and another cable box on HV side (primary side) consisting of 03 Nos of porcelain bushing with bushing rods etc complete with nut, washers, cable gland etc. (ii) Oil conservator tank with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (iii) Oil level indicator with minimum and maximum marking (iv) Dehydration silica gel breather assembly with first fill of dehydrating agent and oil seal. (v) Explosion vent with diaphragm complete. (vi) Thermometer pocket on tank cover. (vii) Dial type thermometer vapour pressure having range 0-120 degree C with max reading pointer max temp indicator and resetting device. (viii) Rating plate with terminal marking.

(ix) 02 Nos earthing terminal on tank and cover for fixing earth strip of size 32 x 6 mm. (x) Oil level gauge and top valve for oil filtration and drain cum sampling valve. (xi) Lifting hook. (xii) Oil filler hole with cap /plug with connection complete. (xiii) Air relief valve plug. (xiv) Detachable rollers - 04 Nos (xv) Extra bushing for Neutral out side the cable box for independent earthing for neutral earth. (xvi) First fill of fresh transformer oil confirming to relevant IS and tested up to 40 KV die electric strength. (xvii) Suitable PCC foundation for mounting of tranformer.

Supplying, laying, jointing & commissioning in replacement of cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 11000 volts grade, (Earthed) cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core as per IS 7098 Pt-II complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through HDPE pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with XLPE insulated stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel or strip and overall PVC sheathed, 35 sq mm 4 core ISI Marked as per IS 7098(Part 1) including connecting on LT OH line / LT panel /DB with suitable lugs, glands, binding wire etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through HDPE pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with XLPE insulated stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel or strip and overall PVC sheathed, 50 sq mm 4 core ISI Marked as per IS 7098(Part 1) including connecting on LT OH line / LT panel /DB with suitable lugs, glands, binding wire etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through HDPE pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with XLPE insulated stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel or strip and overall PVC sheathed, 120 sq mm 4 core ISI Marked as per IS 7098(Part 1) including connecting on LT OH line / LT panel /DB with suitable lugs, glands, binding wire etc complete all as specified and directed.
