Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2. (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Royalty, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST )

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from ROW with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. without lead. Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Royalty, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but excluding GST ) as per direction of engineer-in-charge

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. (WMM) (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Royalty, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST ) as per direction of engineer-in-charge

Stablized Sub-base (FDR Technology)- Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of existing granular material adding cement using truck mounted / self propelled cement spreader shall have variable working width with microproces, controlled spray rate through augers and cellular wheels. The aggregate shall be in situ pulverized/stabilize using four wheeled drive recycler having working depth up to 50 cm with variable depth control system. Compacting with vibratory roller Pneumatic roller and vibratory pad Foot pad roller (20 tonne) to achieve design uncofined compresive Stgrength. (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Royalty, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but excluding GST ) as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with 1% OPC cement ^ 3.5% emulsion in uniform layer with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. (ETA) (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Royalty, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST ) as per direction of engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using emulsion distributer at the rate of 0.20 Kg / Sqm. on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause no. 503 (I) (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Royalty, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but excluding GST )

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Royalty, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but excluding GST )

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement (M-35) over a prepared sub base with approve grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST )

Providing and Laying of Rubber moulded (Red Colour) Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements having thickness 80 mm including leveling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, spreading and moisting 30m thick local sand on bend, filling joints with local sand on bend, filling joints with local sand etc. for proper completion of the work as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504. Rate As per SOR (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST )

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from R.O.W. with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1.

Dismantling brick work or stone work in lime or cement mortar and including stacking of materials as directed by Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60 meter (200 feet). As per SOR SI No.692 (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST )

Supplying, fitting, and placing MS bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 1002, 1010 and 1202, for Bars below 36 mm dia including over laps and wastage, where they are not welded. Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Providing and laying Cement concrete wearing coat M-35 grade including reinforecement complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications SI. No-14.4 (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST )

PART B Maintainance cost :- Maintainance cost will be paid year wise as per Government order No. 17/2024/SA.-113/23-1-2024-23-1099/113/2023 Date 16.01.2024 and HQ UPPWD,Lucknow order No. 3689COPRMC/Mul-23-24 Date 17.02.2024 . Maintainance cost will adjusted as per final cost of construction and will be paid accordingly.

1st year- maintainance cost 0% on Bituminous & drain Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

2nd year- maintainance cost 0.25% on Bituminous & drain Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

3rd year- maintainance cost 0.50 % on Bituminous & drain Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

4th year- maintainance cost 0.75% on Bituminous &drain Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

5th year- maintainance cost 1.00 % on Bituminous & drain Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)
