Demolition of wall stone/brick masonry built in cement mortor including all quoins arches pillars etc, completed all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement contrete any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing precast cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 20mm graded aggregate set in CM 1:6in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces®

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed .

TMT bars 8mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

S&F MS TMT bars 10 mm and above , cut to length ,bent to shape required , including cranking , bending , spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as in reinforcement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto course in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Water proofing treatment to sunken floor of RCC slab as following steps- After cleanig the surface applying a coat of cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm over 15mm thick cement plaster in 1:3 with incl WPC (Note: WPC shall be measured separately). Applying first coat of chemical pidifin 2K (DR Fixit or equivalent) on cleaned plastered surfaces @ 0.86 kg/sqm (min) as recommended by manufacturers. Provide a layer glass fibre mesh of size 2.25mm x 2.25mm (45 GSM) over first coat of chemical pidifin 2K as manufactures recommendations. Applying second coat of chemical pidifin 2K (DR Fixit or equivalent) @ 0.86 kg/sqm (min) layer glass fibre mesh as recommended by manufacturers. After laying of CI connections apply two coats of hot bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.7 kg/sqm over vertical sides and floor of sunken portion

M&L for cement plaster rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces with two coats i.e. (10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick finishing coat in CM 1:4) and mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement (WPC to be measured and paid separately) and Taking down old cement plaster on brick or stone walls, or concrete walls etc., hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., including removal of rubbish off the premises complete all as per specified and directed.
