Charges for preparation of Design and drawings for the renovation works of conference hall and submitting the same to TANGEDCO for approval

Dismantling carefully the hardboard false ceiling irrespective of the height of work and stacking neatly as directed by the engineer at site, including cost of all labour, lead, lift, etc complete

Dismantling the existing wooden partition with door and stacking the dismantled materials as directed by the engineer at site including the cost of all lead, lift, labour, etc complete

Dismantling the damaged aluminium windows including removal of frame, hinges and fastenings as directed by the Engineer at site includung the cost of all lead, lift, labour , etc complete

Dismantling the functional tables (set of 8 tables), and stacking the balance after as directed at site including the cost of all labour, lead, lift, etc complete

Providing and fixing factory made UPVC white colour casement/ Casement cum fixed glazed window comprisng of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion(where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced eith 1.20+-0.2mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVCextruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket,zinc alloy (white powder coated )3D hinges and one handle on each side of panels along with zinc plated mild steel multi point locking having transmission gear, cylinder with keeps and one side ky,G.I fasteners 100x8 mm size for fixing frame to finished walll and necessary stainless steel screws,etc. Profile of frame&sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners,mullion (if required)shall be also fusion welded incuding drilling of hiles for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc.After fixing frame the gap between frame amd adjacent finished wall shall be filling with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality,all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in- Charge.(Single/double glass panes and silicon sealent shall be paid separately). casement door with 3D hinges made of (big series ) frame 67x62 & Shutter size 67x78.4 Glass 5mm thick both having wall thickness of 2.0+-0.2mm and single glazing bead/double glazing bead of appropriate dimension.(Area of window upto 2.00 Sqm)

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12 mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Acoustic wall paneling, using Ply board paneling having 12mm thick. over 50mm x 25mm x 1.6mm tk.Aluminium rectangular Hollow section frame -work as per manufacturers specifications, fixing glass wool slab of 50mm thick , Aluminium foil wrapped, making the cutouts for HVAC grills/diffusers/service access doors, electrical appliances . wherever necessary, cleaning, protecting the surface till the handover of the premises, Veneer finishing with approved colour over plywood etc., complete. Acoustic wool as approved applied on backside with recommended adhesive; item installed cleaned et., complete complying with standard specification as directed bythe departmental officer.

Providing & fixing seamless ceiling with gypboard of 12.5mm thick fixed to the underside of the suspended grid formed of GI perimeter channel of size 20x27x30mm (MF 6A) fixed along the wall by wooden screws and metal expansion rawl plugs. The G.I. intermediate channel of size 45x15x0.90 mm (MF7) shall be fixed to the suspended strap hanger /GI ceiling angle at intervals not more than 1220mm. The suspended GI ceiling angle / strap hanger is to be connected with GI soffit cleat of size 37 x 27 x 25 x 1.6mm and it should be fixed on the roof slab/beam by using metal expansion fastners (Wt.Type) of 12.5mm dia to a length of 35mm with 6mm dia.bolt / screw at top ends.

Supply and fixing of cupboard with necessary hinges, handles, and finished inner side with white colour OST sheet and outer side vineer including the cost of labour, materials, labour, lead, lift etc complete

Providing and fixing conference Room table of horse shoe shaped to the specified size and design, but in general the table top shall be made of 19 mm thick BWR Plywood (Two layer at edges) with adequate supports in criss-cross manner. Supports should be spaced in such a manner that adequate leg space should be available. The table top and all exposed surfaces including support structure) shall be fixed with approved shade of 3.5 mm thick veneer. The table top surface duly finished with melamine finish and other surfaces of veneer shall be finished with melamine matt polish. All internal(hiden) surfaces shall be of sealer finish.. Rate shall be inclusive of teak wood edge moulding beadings finished melamine finish matching to the veneer finish, cable raceway with openable doors and necessary hardware's including making provision for POP-up boxes (all internal surfaces of POP up boxes shall be laminated) etc., complete.

Providing & fixing Vertical Blind100mm in Dust-guard shades complete all as per specification and direction of Engineer -in - charge.

Replacing the damaged OST sheet in to new OST sheets for the door as directed by the Engineer at site includung the cost of all lead, lift, labour ,etc complete

Replacing of old damaged door accessories into new accessories such as handle 2 nos, towerbolt 1 no, door closer, hinges with necessary items as directed by the Engineer at site including the cost of all lead, lift, labour, etc complete

Providing & fixing Red Carpet For Flooring made complete all as per specification and direction of Engineer -in - charge.
