Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed:

Providing and laing khakhbajri of aggregate size 90mm and below including spreading ,sorting to templete and consolidation by 8-10 tonne roller including all carraige and cost etc

Providing and laying of WBM grade 2 (63-45mmm) size of graded stone agg. With 20 mm stone screeings incl. consolidation & carraiges complete job.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing (Using Concrete Vibrator for Compaction of Concrete). All works upto plinth level 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Foundations, footings, bases for columns

P/ Applying 12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand
