SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I - BUILDINGS & STRUCTURES INCLUDING INTERNAL AS DEFINED IN ANNEXURE I TO IX (EPC) Note: This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under Col 5 signifies this fact only.

Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) of following buildings/structures as per GRIHA norms including all internal services and external services (except Sch 'A' Part II to VII) as defined in Annexure-I to IX, complete as detailed in scope of work and other documents of tender, complete all as specified and directed :-

(i) Site clearance and development. (ii) Single living Accn for sailors (G + 3 ) with Permanent Specification incl. Common room, Study room & Store room with internal services all as specified, RCC framed construction, aluminium joinery, WPT, etc. complete all as shown on drgs. (iii) Covered parking shed with Permanent Specification with internal services, RCC framed contruction, WPT etc complete all as shown on drgs. (iv)Dining hall, Ante room for sailors with Permanent Specification complete all as shown on drgs. incl. internal services all as specified, RCC framed contruction, alumirtium joinery, WPT, etc. complete. (v) Lightening Protection (vi) Fire Fighting (vii) RCC terrace water tank. (viii) Green bldg. norms.

NOTE: Schedule ‘A’ Part II to VII items which are Prepriced by MES, Bidders shall insert their lumpsum amount in the blue coloured field under Col-6 only.

SCHEDULE "A" PART-IX (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS)

Removing excavated material (any type) and depositing it outside Ministry of Defence Land or where specified and directed by the Engineer-in charge.\ Notes: (i) Before quoting the tender, the bidders are advised to ascertain the distance outside MD and, at which the excavated material/ debris are to be disposed off. No extra claim what-so-ever shall be entertained on this account. (ii) This item shall be considered as per the requirement at site.

Supply and lay pipe ductile Iron, S/S including specials, Class “K-9”, 100 mm (4”) dia complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Carrying out horizontal boring below roads/PCC hard standing/Drain by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine for 0.4 Mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed for inserting DI pipe with a depth upto 1.5m & length of road upto 12m for 100mm size of bore complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Carrying out horizontal boring below roads/PCC hard standing/Drain by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for construction of Valve pit chamber 90cm x 90cm (inner dimension) and 90cm deep, from the top of MS cover fixed on PCC Base, top cover shall be of 3 mm thick MS Sheet with locking arrangement of pad lock of 50mm size including brick work with sub class"B" bricks in CM 1:4 including 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 (internally and externally) and necessray earth work in any type of soil including returning, filling in and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 meters and 150 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 , using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in floor complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, install, connect, test and commission CPRI approved factory made cubicle type dust and vermin proof with IP-65 protection LT Feeder Pillar Box of suitble size outdoor type, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and 50x50x6 mm (ISA- 5050) MS angle frame with hinged cubicle doors with locking arrangement, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer, comprising of the following accessories:-

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of busbar junction box of suitable size, Indoor type, IP-55 protection, double door, dust and vermin proof made out of 2.00 mm thick MS sheet mounting on MS angle iron 50x50x6 mm size, legs not less than 750mm height and panel board with front and back opening arrangement and locking arrangement complete two coats of finishing powder coated paint of approved shade over one coat of red oxide primer including oriental bus bar of aluminium strip 600 amps for three phase 4 wire including the following accessories and fitted in Incoming : (i) MCCB high breaking capacity 4 pole 415 volt 35/50 kA breaking capacity adjustable thermal release range 315 Amps. (ii) Digital type volt meter and amps meter with suitable capacity of CTs, LED indicator lamp and other connection accessories all as directed by the Engineer in charge.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead strip of size 25 x 3 mm by mean of bolts nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised iron steel including necessary excavation, earth work, PCC chamber etc all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connected to earthing test point all as specified including CI cover, funnel with GI watering pipe of 20mm bore medium grade & GI protection pipe 40mm bore light grade including testing etc complete all as specified & directed. (Length or earth lead strip & protection pipe shall be up to 7.5 mtr)

Supply and fixing weather proof street light PVC junction box of size 200 x 140 x 95 mm including connector of suitable size side hinged fixing with street light poles using necessary MS clamps, nuts, bolts washers, lugs for incoming and out going cables, gland for cable, etc. of suitable size complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note : The rates quoted are inclusive of provision and fixing of suitable lugs and glands for cable connection.
