Comprehensive and preventive maintenance of AC Plant and fire incinerator and allied works at MH under GE (N) Bikane

Comprehensive preventive & periodical maintenance of Air Conditioning Plant, comprising of chiller unit AHU/humidifiers etc of capacity 3 X 165 TR of make - Carrier & Model - 30HXC165A installed at 187 Military Hospital including servicing of AC Plant by OEM authorized company representative (Carrier Company Ltd) to check and inspect all air release valves, Gas pipe line, cleaning and setting of sensors, checking of control panels, checking of cooling and heating system, inspection of all type of filters for smooth & trouble free functioning of AC Plant complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Servicing & maintenance of AC plant shall be carried out through authorized service agency of manufacturer (i.e Carrier Company representative). The contractor shall submit documentary proof/evidence in this regard before taking plants under servicing etc.

The contractor shall submit documentary proof/evidence in this regard before taking plants under servicing etc. Notes aplicable to serial item No. 1 & 2 here-in-before :- (i) Job includes maintenance of AC plant of capacity 3X165 TR and 3X135 TR in summer, winter and monsoon season as per the period of contract including periodical checks i.e quarterly maintenance requirement as per manufacturer's instructions. The job covers daily upkeep of AC plant comprising of chiller unit i.e condenser, chiller, etc. complete and cleaning of AHUs with electric motor including pan type humidifiers of different KW ratings, complete ducting, fan coil units, cooling tower, hot water generator and its piping network, chilled water piping, condense piping, pump and motors of chilled water and condenser and cooling towers, water supply piping, instruement starter, connected control cabling/wiring including electrical panels with switchgear (except compressor unit) for smooth & efficient performance of AC plant to achieve desired inside conditions throughout the season all as specified & as directed.

Supply only Refrigerant 'R-134a' for compressor of AC plant of Cap 165 TR & 135 TR for replacement under respective item complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only compressor oil suitable for screw compressor of AC plant of Cap 165 TR & 135 TR of make as recommended by OEM (i.e Carrier Co Ltd.) for top up under respective item complete all as directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement pre air filter in GI frame of size 600mmx600mm & 50mm thick, washable type having filtration level upto 10-20 micron and efficiency 90% initial pressure drop 2.5mm WG of media synthetic non woven washable plus both side HDPE mesh type as per BS 2831 OR 6540 (1985) complete all as specified and as directed ( Make : Athlete/Johnson or equivalent out of list of makes)

Supply & fixing in replacement fine air filter in GI frame of size 458mmx458mmx152mm having filtration level upto 5 micron and efficiency 99.9% initial pressure drop 6.5mm WG of media synthetic non woven washable plus both side HDPE mesh type as per BS 2831 OR 6540 (1985) complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Athlete/Johnson or equivalent out of list of makes)

Dismantling, taking out and Material & Labour for rewinding and refixing of electric induction motor with suitable gauge of super enameled copper conductor including winding with fibre cloth/PVC insulated winding paper, superior quality varnishig, servicing of ball bearing, suitable main connections from coil to terminal box, opening of motor, cutting/removing old burnt winding coils, cleaning/filling the starter slots, necessary mechanical works for shaft/bearing housing, preparing and inserting coils running/starting winding, interconnecting, fixing, soldering, jointing, heating, drying up coils, connection and testing at site, satisfactorily running of electric induction motor of capacity 3 HP, 3 Phase, 440 Volts, 50 Hz complete all as specified and as directed.
