S&F of 20 mm bore (dia), gun metal gate valves with iron wheel head,screwed both ends for iron pipe, ISI Marked, as per IS: 778 and including taking out old unserviceable gate valves complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing , jointing and testing of cast iron sluice Valve ISI mark (PN-1.6) of size 80 mm bore confirming to IS 14846-2000, flanged ends drilled having stainless steel / brass spindle with cast iron wheel at top complete with nuts, bolts, washers and gaskets including taking out old unserviceable sluice valves, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing , jointing and testing of cast iron Non Return Valve (NRV) ISI mark (PN-1.6) of size 80 mm bore, without bypass arrangement, swing type, conforming to IS-5312, complete with nuts, bolts, washers and gaskets including taking out old unserviceable NRV, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing , jointing and testing of cast iron Butterfly Valve ISI mark (PN-1.6) of size 100 mm bore, flanged ends drilled having brass/ stainless steel spindle with cast iron wheel at top, conforming to relevant IS, complete with nuts, bolts, washers and gaskets including taking out old unserviceable valves, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of 80 mm bore (dia), Brass Foot valves with necessary fittings conforming to IS-4038, ISI Marked, and including taking out old unserviceable foot valves complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of pressure gauge of 100mm size jelly filled with suitable cock and raiser pipe with fitted to delivery side of pump set and including taking out old unserviceable pressure gague complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for construction of Brick Masonry Valve Pit, of size 1000mm X 1000mm X 1000mm (Internal dimension), one Brick thick wall in cement mortar 1:4 on 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (40mm graded aggregate) in Foundation, Rendering 15mm thick internally upto full depth and externally upto 150mm below GL, providing 3.15mm thick MS black Sheet Valve Pit Cover, welded with 40X5mm Flat Iron Frame alround including provision of Hinges, Handle and Locking Arrangement and 40 x 40 x 6mm Angle Iron Frame fixed on Top of Valve Pit by means of Holdfast 150mm long, embedded in PCC 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) Block of size 230 x 200 x 100 mm, applying two coats of Synthetic enamel Paint over a coat of Red Oxide Zinc Chrome Primer after preparation of all exposed to Steel Surfaces including necessary Earth Work in Soft/Loose Soil and demolition of old unserviceable Valve Pit, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable/corroded out valve pit MS cover of valve pit size 90cm x 90cm (LxB) and replace same with new valve pit cover made of 3.15mm thick MS black sheet welded to 40 x 6mm equal angle at sides and diagonals including 40 x 6mm equal angle for making resting base frame, both resting frame and cover should be hinged at two points along one side, including necessary locking arrangement and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel Paint over a coat of Red Oxide Zinc Chrome Primer after preparation of all exposed to Steel Surfaces all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling Posts or Struts (Wood, Steel or RCC) of any Section, Posts embedded in Cement Concrete including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of Brick Work/ Stone masonary built in Cement Mortar including all Quoins, Arches, Pillars, etc. of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) of any description in Ground Floors, Pavings, etc. not exc. 150mm thickness (above or below Ground Level), complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on Brick Walls, Concrete Surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with Water, remove Dust, debries/ rubbish etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Plain or Corrugated steel and FRP Sheeting of any gauge and thickness as in Roofing including Ridge, Nainital or Similar Pattern Roof Coverings, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in Post Holes (or similar holes) in Soft/Loose Soil, each not exc. 0.50 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc. 25 Cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50.00 Metre and making good surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (40mm graded aggregate) in Foundations, Filling and Mass Concrete, Foundation of Pole etc. including use and waste of Formwork as required/ordered at Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick Work with Fly Ash Bricks, Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Hardcore with broken stone of gauge exc. 63mm but not exc. 100mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15 Cm thick, watered and rammed to a True Surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (40mm graded aggregate), 75mm thick as in Sub-base of Floor, Path, Hardstanding, etc., laid in alternate bays, finishing Concrete Surfaces Even and Fair, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (20mm graded aggregate), 40mm thick as in Floor, Hard standing etc., finishing Concrete Surfaces Even and Smooth with using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering (Internally) 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 on Fair face of Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces, plastered surfaces finished Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering (Externally) 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 in two layers on Brick Walls/Concrete Surfaces, 5mm thick top layer mixed with WPC as per Manufactures instruction, plastered surfaces finished Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: WPC shall be Measured and Paid as ‘Supply only’ under relevant Item.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound(WPC), conforming to IS-2465:1975 and as approved, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L MS work as in Post and Struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wires, etc., conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted Galvalume Aluminum Zinc Coating GI based Corrugated Steel Sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering, fixed with self tapping screws as specified, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Screed Bed or Bedding Layer 20mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 for laying Floor Finishes/Tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Machine Cut Kota Stone Slab 20-25mm thick in Flooring, over Cement Screed base laid and jointed with Grey Cement Slurry mixed with Pigment to match the shade of the Slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Screed Bed will be measured and paid separately under appropriate Item.

M&L preparing newly plastered surfaces of Walls and applying Two Coats of Oil bound Distemper over a coat of Chalk Whitening and a coat of 1.5mm thick wall care putty including rubbing down the putty surfaces to obtained smooth finished surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing newly Plastered Surfaces of Walls and applying Two Coats of Cement Base Paint over a coat of Alkali resistent primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing new or previously untreated Steel and Iron Surfaces of any description, over 10 Cm width or girth and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint (First quality) over a Red Oxide Zinc Chrome Primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing old treated/decorated Steel and Iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 Cm Width or Girth and applying One Coat of Synthetic Enamel Paint (1st Grade/Quality), complete all as specified and as directed.
