Restoration of rain damages on NH 70 to village Duhki road Km 000 to 6000 SH PL GSB Metalling Tarring between RD 1500 to 1800 under MMSY

Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300mm (three hundred millimetre) below the sub-grade level watered graded with motor grader and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with three wheel 80-100 (Eighty to one hundred) KN static roller for sub grade construction as per of MORD Technical Specification section 300 and as per direction and the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding Goods Service Tax.

Construction of sub grade and earthen Shoulder with approved materials obtained from borrow pits within all leads and lifts, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of 300-2 as per MORD technical specification section 400 including hauling of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding Goods Service Tax.

Construction of granular sub-base with material by providing well graded crushed material, spreading in uniform layers mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth Three wheel roller of 80-100kN to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD specification clause 401 as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding Goods Service Tax.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 and 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 in two layers and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer with bitumen emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.85 kg (zero point eight five kilogram) per square metre as per MORD Technical specification section 500 as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding Goods Service Tax.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS-I, including cleaning the road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying with emulsion pressure distributor at the rate 0.275 kg (zero point two seven five kilogram) per square meter on the prepared granular surface treated with primer complete as per MORD Technical specification section 500, and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding Goods Service Tax.

Providing and laying 30mm (thirty milimeter) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
