Drilling, Reaming & Laying of 33 KV, 3x630sq.mm UG cable Using Trenhcless Technology Method at a depth of about 1.50 meters or more by using directional drilling unit equipped with automated pipe handing system (Horizontal Directional Drilling Machine). Using bentonite mud mixing system and all necessary accessories using pulling the cable carefully without damaging other service like telephone, internet cables, water pipes etc., installation including cost of pipe, hire charges for all the accessories and equipment etc.,Taking the necessary drive pit for drilling & laying the cable, remove the excavated earth. The rate quoted for including the charge of GPR (Ground Penetrating radar) survey for identify the existing utility in the proposed bore path and cost of making entry pit & exit pit for every 250m minimum intervals, including Test/Drive/Exit pit, soil excavation, Drilling/Plotting, Fluid process including mud Engineer Consultation, pre-reaming and laying of cable etc., complete. Providing M.S.barricade, 1.5m height using M.S.sheet 4mm thick, M.S.angle 50x50x8mm, Base channel 100x50 including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour and erection, shifting to a new location after completing the works, Tools & Plants etc., complete.

Laying plain cement concrete 1:3:6 using 20mm BG metal for bottom portion of trench for fixing PVC pipe in the cable duct in proper alignment and level as per specification including cost of all materials, labour, lead,lift etc., complete

Transporting of 33kv cable drums including cost of loading at stores,unloading of 33 KV cable drums each weighingapproximately 7T in lorries using truck mounted crane for both loading and unloading including cost of labour required, etc.,(3 drums at a time)

Laying of 3x630 sq.mm 33KV XLPE UG cable by means of winch over rollers provided by contractor. The rate includes the cost of pulling the steel wire rope from winch side to drum side providing labour as required at site for tying the cable in trefoil formation with nylon rope/etc., complete.

Refilling with filling sand in layers well consolidated asper std. specification including cost of all materials,labour,lead, lift etc.complete.

Supply and laying RCC cover slab (60cmx50cmx5cm) including cost of slab, stencilling and laying carefully as directed by the Engineer including cost of all materials,labour, leads, lifts, etc., complete. [ Supplied by the Contractor ]

Transporting of 33 KV empty drums loading at site, and devolution of empty 33KV steel cable drum each weighing 1 to 1.5T from various work site (2drums at a time) and balance cables if any to departmental stores

Providing watch and ward (unskilled) at site as instructed by the Engineer in charge at site.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position MS angle and MS Flat for cable tray for carrying cable inside cable duct including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour etc., complete wherever required as directed by the Engineer as per std. specification.

Casting & placing of RCC offset slab (cable route indication slab)of size 750x750x60 mm casting in RCC 1:2:4 using 12 to 20 mm HBG metal with necessary reinforcement, piling, shuttering, curing, transport from casting yard to various locations & fixing the slab along 33KV cable route as directed by site Engineer at site with PCC 1:3:6 including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc including 2 coats of flourescent painting.
