Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Dismantling manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - bituminous road

Providing and laying Ductile Iron socket and spigot pipes of class K7 (Electro steel/Sripipes/Jindal/Electrotherm / Jai Balaji / TATA Metaliks Kubota) conforming to IS specification 8329/2000 and ISI marked suitable for tyton /push on joints in good condition including transportation of D.I.pipe from production centre/company to the site at UT of Puducherry, lowering to the trenches, laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with required testing equipment etc.,complete all as per IS 12288 and CPWD specification. (earth work and jointing of pipes with rubber gasket will be paid separately) -100mm dia.

Providing and fixing in position S&S standard D.I. specials (Electro steel/Sripipes/Jindal/Kiswok) such as tees, bends, collors, tapers, caps etc.conforming to IS specification 9523/2000 and ISI marked - 100 to 300mm dia.

Providing and fixing D.I. MJ collar coupling , with bolts, nuts, rubber insertion etc.,complete - 100 mm dia.

Providing lead caulked joint to spun iron or C.I./D.I. pipes and specials including testing of the joints but excluding the cost of pig lead - 100 mm diameter pipe.

Providing and jointing cast iron / D.I. (S&S) pipe joints with rubber gasket (Tyton joints) conforming to IS 5382 & 12820 of SBR quality including the cost of fixing,testing the joints etc.,complete -100mm dia.

Supply of Quarry rubbish including stacking to department gauge for premeasurement and spreading required thickness

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to the embankment location with all lifts and lead upto 1000m.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth three wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite Crushable type such as moorum / gravel for screening and gravel for binding to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density - by manual means - Water bound macadam Gr-I with Gravel screening. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth 3 wheeld steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisitecrushable type such as moorum or gravel for screening and gravel for binding to fill up the interstices of coarase aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density by manual means - water bound macadam Gr-II with moorum or gravel screening (as per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type B screening and binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density - by manual means - Water bound macadam Gr-III with moorum or gravel screening. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg. per sqm. on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing, laying and rolling of built-up spray grout layer over prepared base consisting of a two layer composite construction of compacted crushed coarse aggregates using motor grader for aggregates. Key stone chips spreader may be used with application of bituminous binder after each layer and with key aggregates placed on top of the second layer to serve as a base conforming to the line, grades and cross-section specified ,the compacted layer thickness being 75mm. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Cleaning the existing W.B.M. road surface including removing of binding material and other foreign matter with wire brushes and small picks, sweeping with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bituminous treatment. As per clause no 502.4.2 and 503.3.1 of MOST specification.

Cleaning of the existing black topped surfaces with brooms, soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bituminous treatment. As per clause no 503.3.1 of MOST specification.

Providing and laying open graded premix carpet of 25mm thick on prepared surface in a single course as wearing course composed of specified size of stone aggregates premix with a bituminous binder in mini hot mix plant 6-10 tonne laying manually and rolling with power roller 8-10 tonne but excluding cost of primer/tack coat. As per clause no 509 of MOST specification.

Providing and applying premixed seal coat type `B' comprising of thin application of fine aggregate premix with bitumen binder in mini hot mix plant, carriage manually of mixed material and laying and rolling with power roller 8 to 10 tonne. As per clause no 513 of MOST specification.

Providing and fixing non-corrosive Engineering plastic moulded clamp saddle with stainless 304 threaded metal inserted for tapping outlet suiting for ½" clear bore with SS 304 wide strap with elastomeric insulation for proper grip around the DI pipe with SS 304 suitable bolts & nuts saddle to have sealing rubber SBR grade 30 o-ring around shall as detailed in the drawing furnished. The rate includes all labour charges for fixing bracket etc., complete as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge size 100 x 25 mm dia (3/4")

Providing house service connection for each house from the newly laid distribution grid with 25mm dia (OD) PN16, MDPE blue pipe PE 80 as per ISO 4427 Rev.1 & tested as per BS 6920 upto 1.00 RM length initially with 90 degree compression elbow as per ISO 14236 and polypropylene male & female thread metal insert (SS 304) of ISO 14236. The cost include connection charges for making drilling holes and providing specials as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing, laying and jointing MDPE (PN 16) pipe PE 80 as per ISO 4427 as per specification BS6920 over and above initial 1m length including transportation to the site,lowering to the trenches, laying to the proper grade and alignment etc. complete all as per specification - 25mm outer dia

Connecting the newly laid house service from the newly laid distribution grid to the existing service connection of each house with 25mm dia ASTM pipe having length more than 0 m and upto 2m. The cost includes dismantling the existing service pipe plastering, brick work wherever necessary and providing ASTM pipe and specials required including labour charges for completing the connection. It also includes making good the dismantled area, all as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.
