| 1.10Material of Construction: 1. Shaft – forged & normalized carbon steel 40C8/EN8 Gr. As per IS 1570. 2. Shell, teeth, inner disc and bushes in the shell: mild steel Gr. A - IS 2062 3. The special under feed roller assembly will be as per drawing no:6997/01 and as existing to suit our bearing block and drive pinion Note: 1. Material test certificates should be enclosed. 2. Necessary dynamic balancing, stress relieving to be done and certificate to be produced. 3. Teeth profile should be hard faced by 6006 N, welding electrodes. 4. Ultrasonic test should be conducted for the shaft and certificate to be produced 5. Supplied special under feed roller will be guarantee for one crushing season from the date of supply. | |||||
