Extra for excavating trenches for pipes, cables etc. in all kinds of soil for depth exceeding 1.5 m, but not exceeding 3 m. (Rate is over corresponding basic item for depth upto 1.5 metre).

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing reinforced by organic fibres and/or inorganic synthetic fibres cement 6 mm thick corrugated sheets (as per IS: 14871) roofing up to any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washers etc. complete (excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses), including cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 50 metres.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tamping complete.

Providing and fixing in position pre-moulded joint filler in expansion joints.

Providing and laying in position bitumen hot sealing compound for expansion joints etc. 16.46.1 Using grade ‘A’ sealing compound.

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc. External work 65mm dia nominal bore

Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of pplying : (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. (The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry.)

Providing and laying stone soling using 75 mm to 150 mm sized broken stone (rubble) available from the excavation, handset one on edge, consolidating the same mechanically wherever possible, or ramming with heavy wooden rammers, watering, filling, interstices with hand broken stone spalls and blinding the top with hard moorum at least 0.5 Cum. per 10 Sqm. preliminary rolling / ramming of sub-grade watering, rolling and ramming etc. complete as directed and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. Brick work with local available size bricks of class designation 35 in foundation and plinth in ; Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Coarse sand)

Brick work with local available size bricks of class designation 35 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in ; Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Brick work with High Alumina Refractory Fire bricks of class designation 40B with size 9'x 4.5'x3' in foundation and plinth in complete as per direction/ satisfaction of Engineer. cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)
