The tenderer shall study the Northern Railway General Conditions of Contract Regulations for Tenders & Contracts - 2022 or latest along with tender documents before submission of the tender.

The tenderer shall submit all the requisite documents alongwith tender offer. Tender offer without these documents shall not be considered. Period of Completion : The entire work is required to be completed in all respect within specified period from the date of issue of the letter of acceptance. The contractor shall maintained steady and regular progress to the satisfaction of the Sr.DEE/OP/FZR or his authorized representative and to ensure that the work will be completed in all respect within the stipulated time, failing which action may be taken by the Railway Administration in terms of clause 17 and clause 62 of the General Conditions of contract - 2022 or latest.

GST : The successful tenderer who is liable to be registered under CGST/IGST/UTGST/SGST Act shall submit GSTIN along with other details required under CGST/IGST/UTGST/SGST Act to railway immediately after the award of contract, without which no payment shall be released to the contractor. The contractor shall be responsible for deposition of applicable GST to the concerned authority.
