Demolition of cement concrete ( Un-reinforced) of any descripotion and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down chowkats or frame, n.exc 1.5 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing n.exc 15 Cm deep complete in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for hardcore of gauge n.exc 63 mm of broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 Cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25 Cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surface in hard/dense soil as directed.

Removing demolished materials PCC / rocks beyond 500m and upto total distance of 1.50 Km and deposited where direcetd by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour Reinforced cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as shelves, deck slabs and in similar works complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour Reinforced cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as cover slabs for manhole covers and in similar works complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour Brick work with fly ash bricks of designation 7.5, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finished concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Powder coated aluminium sliding window (three tier) with shutter styles 40mm x 20mm sheet thickness 1.5mm two shutter of glass and one shutter of wire mesh consisting of stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples, frame (chowkat) of window shall 100mm x44mmx1.5mm thick section with or without rebate including 5.0mm thick tinted glass fixed with aluminium beads locking arrangement with each shutter including aluminium grill all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Size of window shall be as per site requirement.

Supply and fix TMT steel bars 6mm to 8mm dia, and over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Mild steel Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc confoming to Fe-410-W ( Gde- E-250) complete all as specified and as direcetd.

Supply and fx Mild steel Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) quality confirming to Fe-410-W ( Gde E-250) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Pre-Painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per Sqm area complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour 16-18mm thick granite(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, wall cladding and like in CM(1:4) incl pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including necessary edge moulding/chamfering (full or half moulding) complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour 100mm thick PCC type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour 100mm thick PCC type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour 50mm thick PCC type B0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in patch repairs to fill up holes finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour 40mm thick PCC type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in flooring finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Glass dividing strips, 3 mm thick and 38mm wide inserted in position and confirm to design complete all as specified and as directed

Materials and labour Water proofing topping of 20mm thickness ( incorporating an approved Metallic Floor Hardner), laid on concrete floors and pavings and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Metallic floor hardner shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of these schedule.

Supply only Metallic floor hardner complete all as specified. Make:- Ironite / Stillonite / Hardonet

Materials and Labour Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour Machine cut kota stone slab 20-25mm thick as in skirting, dado and pillar laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over 10mm thick backing course in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour polished coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 25mm thick complete over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour Glazed ceramic colour tiles in vertical surfaces such as skirtings, dados, risers etc of size 300 x 200 x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement ot match the tiles over and including 10mm thick backing course in CM 1:4 for receiving tiles.

Materials and labour Preparation of old plastered wall surfaces of any description and applying one coat of Acrylic distemper complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour Preparation of old steel of any description over 10 Cm width or girth and applying one coat of Synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour White wash, two coats on old wall surfaces including necessary preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 Cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
