ELECTRICAL M&L for attending, repair and rectification of external LT electric supply complaints on up to 1100 Volts grade, over head/underground system alongwith necessary T&P, safety devices as per site requirement for the following type of complaints complete all as specified and directed:-

Replacement of worn out jumpers, jointing and tightening with new ACSR conductor. Note:- Single phase/two wire or 3 phase/4 wire system will be considered as one job for payment purpose.

Disconnecting from over head conductor, cutting worn out portion of LT cables of any type and size, carry out repairs including taking out cables from under ground loop line and rejoining the same to restore electric supply. Note :- (i) LT Jointing Kits, Cable protection Pipe if required at site will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cutting and removing the pole coping and inserting the cable alongwith protection pipes. Notes for Item Nos 1.01 to 1.03 :- (a) The contractor will be allotted complaints at MES complaint cell on daily basis on all working days and sufficient resources will be deployed by him/her for completion of day to day complaint within 24 Hrs from the time of reporting. Any delay beyond above mentioned time limit without intimation of sufficient cause, penalties will be recovered twice of the quoted rate for each un-attended complaint. (b) A detailed log of complaints with completion/non-completion remarks from users/MES will be maintained by the contractor and the same will be updated on daily basis in consultation with Engr-in-Charge or JE E&M as detailed. (c) The contractor will make suitable arrangement for emergency complaints and will notify auth rep/Engr-in-Charge about extraordinary circumstances for probable non-completion or delay in rectification of complaints beyond stated time limit set for disposal of complaint. In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding in this regard. (d) The contractor will intimate MES authority well in advance if electric shutdown is required during rectification of complaints. (e) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of transportation and other expenses required for the resource deployment at the complaint site around scattered Military station at Secunderabad. (f) The contractor will maintain location wise record of each spare utilized as per inventory format given by AGE E/M, Secunderabd and the same shall be submitted to E/M No II store on daily basis.

M&L for ACSR conductor, steel reinforced for LT over head lines on poles including streching tightining of poles insulator with binding wire of suitable size with insulator/streching of ACSR conductor including disconnecting/taking out old existing unsv ACSR conductors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Stay assembly comprising of 7/10 SWG galvanised MS stranded stay wire of required length, minimum tensile strength 70 Kg/mm (grade-2 quality) fixed to pole with and including FI clamps, bolts, nuts, washers, galvanised steel stay rod 16mm dia 180 cm long bow 400 x 14 mm nuts/bolts, washers, loop type insulator of size 65 x 90 mm vitreous, clearance dia of hole 16mm, stay plate of size 230 x 230 x 6 mm including necessary excavation and earth work PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation and disposal of surplus soil, upto 50m including disconnecting/taking out old existing unsv stay assembly complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Replace MCCB along with both side spreader link and nut bolts of appropriate size (Conforms to IEC:60947-II/IS:13947-II) in exisitng LT Panel box/Feeder Pillar boxes (KIOSK),in MCCB DBs of capacity 315-400 Amps, 4 Pole, 36KA, 415 Volt including disconnecting/taking out existing old unsv/burned MCCB complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, erecting and fixing steel tubular swaged poles with cast iron base plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws for type 410 SP-31 (9.0 mtrs long) including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to embedded portion in PCC and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" (inch) wide including taking down old unserviceable PCC poles of any type complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earth work, PCC in foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

Restreching/Restringing, tightening and repair to overhead line ACSR conductor of any size on LT poles including necessary Aluminium binding wire connectors PVC sleeves for jumper, fixing of insulators and prunning of tree complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) The distance between pole to pole in one span (contains 2/4/6 runs) i.e one span will only be considered for payment purpose. (ii) No Extra conductor will be measured for binding to insulators / jumpering etc.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation of PCC/Steel pole, laying of cable in trenches etc and getting out in Hard / Dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 32 above but depth exc 1.5 mtr but not exc 3 mtr.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soils complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Spreading riddled earth ( after preparation of excavated earth) in Cable duct with sand cushioning of cable laid in trenches complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note:- Punned thickness 18 CM( 6.25 Cm below cale and 11.75 cm above cable) will be measured for payment purpose. Quoted rate inclusive of all arrangement as mentioned.

Supply and Laying bricks, common burnt clay building bricks, sub class 'B' of size 230 x 115 x 75 mm laid across in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for filling & foundation of pole & mass complete all as directed

Cutting the existing road/PCC surface straight by manual, depth and width not less than 1 mtr below ground level for passing of underground cable and filling back with excavated soil upto 75% road portion and 25% shall be made with cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for road crossing/drain crossing by adopting trench less tunneling work through specified pipe jacking method by erecting the equipment to true to the allignment and gradient by haidrolic pipe jacking technique complete including tunneling, excavation in any type of soils including hard rock, HDPE pipe medium duty duty of size 100 mm dia in any length including jointing materials to carry LT UG cables of size upto 240 Sqmm and necessary conveyance charges of machinery and other required materials in co-ordination with the concerned authorites complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of broken earth pit made out of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 20 mm thick and earth pit cover made out of RCC 1:2:4 type B1, cover reinforced with 8 mm dia MS deformed bars @ 100 mm centre to centre both ways with hook made out of 8 mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and including reconnecting of earth lead of any type with new nuts, bolts and washers etc as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L repair/maintenance of stay by tightening of stay wire after untying the conductor spans from the poles to make correct tensions and maintain verticality of poles, including re-jointing the conductors in position with new binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting the existing LT steel poles of 9.0 Mtr long including cross arms, clamps, street light junction boxes etc with 1 coats of aluminium paint including throughly cleaning the existing surface, writing of pole numbers in yellow circle 15 cm with black paint on poles. Painting the poles up to 1.5 Mtr height with alternate bands 30 cm height (3 Nos black and 2 Nos Yellow) from ground level, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Painting the existing LT PCC poles with 1 coats of synthetic enamle base paint including painting of cross arms, clamps, etc with one coat of aluminium paint and providing alternative band of 30 cm width (3 black and 2 yellow) from bottom of pole to 1.5 metres height , writing of pole numbers in yellow circle15 cm with black paint on poles complete all as specified and directed.

Advance Maintenance Free G.I. SAFE EARTHING Electrode with PIPE of not less than 50 mm outer dia( THICKNESS NOT LESS THAN -2.5MM) and two meter length, The electrode should be of galvinised (80 -100 micron) along with earth lead as Galvanised steel strip of size 32 X6 mm 7.5 m . The GI Electrode shall be pre-filled with Cristaline Conductive Material (CCM) . The GI electrode shall be surrounded with 25 kg BackFill compound to provide maximum contact between the electrode and Back Fill Compound. .The earting pit should be cover with pcc(1:2:4 , B1) cover ,of 450 x 450 mm complete all as specified and directed

Trimming/pruning and removing of tree branches or any other foreign objects from HT/LT over head conductor and clearing the OH Line of any type and size for one span of any length in 2 way /4 way/6 way conductor system. Notes: (i) Insulators of any type, connectors and ACSR conductor of any size required at site will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule. (ii) The contractor is responsible for provision of Necessary T & P and safety equipments to complete the job.

Cutting unaxious green growth and grass by manual labour or by machine at all 11 KV Electric Installation premisses/around 2/4 Pole structure/along the boundary fencing and removing rubbish from the site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing steel light bracket made out of 40 mm bore mild steel GI light grade tubing over all length 1.5 mtr bend to shape as directed including providing two Nos MS flat iron 40x6 mm clamp of appropriate size with nut bolts and washer duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer (GI surface shall not be painted) complete all as specified.

Repair/maintenance, excluding major spares but including regualr maintenance of the Automatic Power factor correction panel capacity up to 100 KVARs and up 8 stages installed at various locations including carrying out complete maintenance/repairs as required of all the sub systems viz. based control panels, feeder pillar, APFC relay, Power capacitor bank, Power contactors, Control wiring, Monitoring CT, MCBs/MCCBs for isolation (with all the accessoires) any breakdown maintenance and replacement of unserviceable parts, refixing of old serviceable parts/new parts if any project completion and trouble shooting responsibility also lies with contractor including following provisions complete all as specified and directed.

Notes:- (i) The job of inspection and monitoring has to be carried out on weekly/fort nightly basis and at that time of the working day when the connected load is at peak. Before carrying out the job, the contractor has to note down the amperages of the connected electric load in every 01 hour interval for 02 consecutive working days. On analysing the data sheet, so prepared, by the Technician, concerned JE E/M in conjuction with the contractor, the time of inspection of the panels to be fixed. Rate quoted by tenderer is deemed to be inclusive of checking of system fortnightly, replacement of defective control wiring, misc parts such as Push button, lugs any auxilary contatct,auto selctor switch etc and necessary servicing repair by expert technician and register will be maintaned for the same. (ii) The scope of work includes the labour charges required for removing, repairing, refixing, carrying out electrical termination, capacitors bank, APFC relay, power contactor, contol CT, MCBs/MCCB and fixing/installing/testing and commissioning the complete system are deemed to be arranged by the contractor the cost of which is deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate. (iii) In any case the power factor of each APFC panel must not be less than 0.99 (lag). The contractor has to pin point the faults (if any) and rectify the same at the earliest to maintain the desired power factor. The materials or (and) any kind of job required for the maintenance and rectification of the panels will be measured and paid in the relevant items of this schedule. If the contractor fails to maintain the desired power factor, incase of any penality from TSEB due to low PF the penality shall be borne by the contractor.

Supply , fixing in replacemeny of power factor correction capacitor, 5 KVAR, heavy duty 440 volts 50 Hz complete including taking down old unserviceable capacitor complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling LT steel tubuler pole of any height by taking out from PCC foundation complete and shifting to other location as directed including fixing the pole in true vertical position including excavation and earth work, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as base concrete and PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in both foundation and coping of poles all as specified in SSR Part I-2009 and applying two coats of aluminium paint to pole surface complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous white ,with letters ,figures and fixed with ms clamps bolts and nuts of size approved size for HT of size 25cmx20cm confirming to IS-2531.

WATER SUPPLY Repair/rectification of leakages to water supply distribution lines 15 mm bore to 25 mm bore GI/PPR tubing with provision of necessary excavation, cutting of hard standing, returning and filling in as required, tightening of loose joints of union, elbow, sockets etc, threading if required including replacement of GI unions/sockets/nipples as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Attending routine complaints of external water supply including rectification of minor defects by taking down of existing GI/PPR tubing up to 25 mm bore, cutting/threading and making joints and cleaning for any blockages, opening of float valve of service tanks, cleaning and fixing the same in its position, replacement of jumper valve/ packing sheet of gate valve and including replacement of GI unions/sockets/nipples etc as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Attending complaints of BLOCKAGE OF WATER PIPE LINES / NO WATER SUPPLY AT ANY kind of ACCOMODATION ( MARRIED / OTM/ single / multi story building), IDENTIFY THE FAULTS including rectification by taking down of existing GI/PPR tubing up to 80 mm bore, cutting/threading and making joints and cleaning for any blockages, opening of float valve of service tanks, cleaning and fixing the same in its position, replacement of valve/ packing sheet of gate valve and including replacement of GI unions/sockets/nipples etc as required at site TO RESTORE WATER SUPPLY complete all as specified and directed. Notes for Sl item No 1 to 6 :- (a) The contractor will be allotted complaints at MES complaint cell on requirement basis on all working days including Sundays and holidays and sufficient tradesman / resources will be deployed by him/her for completion of day to day complaints within 12 hours from the time of reporting. Any delay beyond above mentioned time limit without intimation of genuine cause, penalties will be recovered twice of the quoted rate for each un-attended complaint. (b) A detailed log book of complaints with completion/non-completion remarks from users/MES will be maintained by the contractor and the same will be updated on daily basis in consultation with JE E&M/Engr-in-Charge. (c) The contractor will make suitable arrangement for emergency complaints and will notify authorised representative/Engr-in-Charge about extraordinary circumstances for probable non-completion or delay in rectification of complaints beyond stated time limit set for disposal of complaint. In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding in this regard.

(d) The contractor will intimate MES authority well in advance if electric shutdown is required during rectification of complaints. (e) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of transportation and other expenses required for the resource deployment at the complaint site around scattered Military station at Secunderabad. (f) The contractor will maintain location wise record of each spare/fittings utilized as per inventory format given by AGE E/M, Secunderabd and the same shall be submitted to E/M No II store yard on requirement basis. (g) The stationery required for the job work such as complaint slip books, gate pass book, job card and T&P shall be arranged and maintained by the contractor. (h) The cost of excavation / earth work above 1 CUM measured and paid separately under relevant items. j) Contractor is responsible for repair/replacement of any damages to the existing structures, Under Ground HT/LT/OFC Cables etc during the course of execution. (k) Spares/GI fittings required to be replaced and shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Rectification of leakages in pumping /delivery lines(CI/DI/PPR/MS) of size 80 mm to 100 mm at Military area / Military Roads /civil Roads /PWD Roads /Cantt board roads by taking necessary permission from respective authorities by excavating PCC/RCC/pavement/soft & hard soil/rock of any depth by using necessary T&P(Excavator/hammer drill)as per the requirement, De-watering from the trenches by using pump sets, rectification of leakages, fixing of CI/ DI specials such as collars, bends/tail pieces, any type of gasket , welding work etc as required to arrest the leakages completely and making joints, filling the trenches , site clearances and PCC at the top portion as required complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-(i)CI specials, lead Joints, D-Joints, Clamp joints, DI/CI Pipe etc shall be measured and paid under respective items of BOQ. M&L for attending break down of water supply pipe line at Military area / Military Roads /civil Roads /PWD Roads /Cantt board roads and repair s to CI/DI/PPR/MS water mains of size 80 mm to 400 mm bore at a given notice including necessary excavation in mud, in any type of soil , PCC,RCC, hard rock etc by manual or using special T&P such as JCB etc. De-watering from the trenches by using pump sets, rectification of leakages, fixing of CI specials such as collars, bends/tail peaces etc and making joints complete all as specified and as directed including making good of disturbed surfaces. Note:- (i)CI specials, lead Joints, D-Joints, Clamp joints, DI/CI Pipe etc shall be measured and paid under respective items of BOQ. (ii) Excavation and PCC will be measured and paid separately under relevant items. S& F Transciever must communicate at a distance of 3km -5kms range with each module must have the LORA/GSM or suitable communication module ( long range antenna) must work above 500 mhz and each module shall have a processor module connecting to the sensor, with the facility that the processor module to sense the low level (10-20%) and high level of the water level (90-100%) so as to raise the hooter and communicate with the other hardware modules with antennas.
