Construction of Cafeteria, Inside A.H.P.G.I.C. Cuttack (Civil and EI) for the year 2026-27

Civil Works :- Earth work in Excavation of foundation in ordinary soil up to the required depth including Moorum, stony earth and earth mixed with boulders except sheet rocks and boulders requiring blasting including dressing, leveling the bed and depositing the excavated materials away from work site with initial leads and lifts, T&P shoring, shuttering and dewatering if required etc, complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in filling in foundation and plinth with excavated earth deposited at worksite including watering, ramming with cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P, sundries required for the work etc., complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, & filling in foundation and plinth with good quality river sand including watering, ramming with cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P, sundries required for the work etc., complete (Measurement will be taken on finished compacted section) as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying of anti-termite treatment by drilling holes of 12mm dia metre at a distance of 300mm C/C junction of walls and floor about 300mm apart deep enough to reach the soil below and chemical emulsion (PREMISE, MIDACHLO PRIED 30.5 SC of BAYER MAKE MIXED with 475 litre of water) pumped these holes to soak the soil @ 1.00 litre solution of each holes should be plugged with filling materials including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials with cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Plain Cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm(1½”) size hard crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including lowering, laying concrete, watering, curing etc, complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 0’-6” thick in each layer including cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc, complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C work of M-25 Grade having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) 200kg/sqcm in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with IS 456 and IS516 using 20mm down graded size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips as per the design mix of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compaction by using vibrators, watering, curing for 28days, centering, shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth, providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of MS Rod or tor steel and binding wires & labour charges for bending binding and tying the grills etc. as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
