Dismantiling of AC sheets / Galvolume sheet / GI sheet Corrugated or Semi corrugated etc in roof coverings.

M &L 6 mm thick Asbestos Cement sheet corrugated or semi corrugated in roofs, walls etc and fixed with J or L hook or cranked bolts with washers etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only 6 mm thick Asbestos Cement sheet corrugated or semi corrugated in roofs, walls etc and fixed with J or L hook or cranked bolts with washers etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: Sheets obtained from item No. 1 shall be used.

M & L for Non-asbestos cement fiber two pieces adjustable serrated ridge for corrugated and semi corrugated sheet 6mm thick fixed with J or L hook and cranked bolts woth washers etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rolled mild structural steel roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc.conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for MS Framed work as in Flat iron supports to hold the valley gutters of rain water etc. with ends shouldered and/or riveted and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 110 mm PVC (SWR) pipes as in rain water pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall including taking down existing pipe complete all as specified.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) bends any radious 110 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 110 mm PVC (SWR) pipes single socket length fixed as spouts on roof including cutting holes in brickwork/stone masory/concrete surface and making good with rich cement mortar and sealed with bitumen complete all as specified.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 250 ltr & n exc 500 ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately),etc complete all as spfd and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding finished even and smooth using extra cement with WPC complete all as specifed and directed. (NOTE : Supply of WPC will be paid under the respective Item)

S&F 0.80 mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3Kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm laid over primed surface including bitumnious primer conforming to IS -3384 applied @ 0.3 ltrs/sqm by forced application over finished with one coat of aluminium paint @ 100 ml/Sqm, 10 cm overlap fused uniformly by LPG torch flame, including rendering 10mm thick in cm 1:4 on concrete surfaces of roofs, parapet etc. finishing to surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement and provinding necessary slope with using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement complete incl taking down existing froof treatment and cement plaster of any description, roughing, preparing the surface by cleaning the surface with wire brushing scrubbinbg down with water to receive new treatment all as specified and directed. (NOTE : Supply of WPC will be paid under the respective Item)

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3Kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm laid over primed surface including bitumnious primer conforming to IS -3384 applied @ 0.3 ltrs/sqm by forced application over finished with one coat of aluminium paint @ 100 ml/Sqm, 10 cm overlap fused uniformly by LPG torch flame, including taking down existing roof treatment on parapet walls, preparing the surface by cleaning with wire brushing, scrubbinbg down with water to receive new treatment all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Cutting out V-groovesin plaster / masonary and inserting the waterproofing membrane and making good in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation,etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets any thickness, incl cover filltets and grids and S&F true horizontal level 600x600mm panels false ceiling system using hot dipped galavnized steel sections exposed surface with pre-coated capping, Main Tee of size 24x32mm at every 1200mm c/c maximum, rotary stitched cross Tee of size 24x 27mm at every 1200mm c/c and wall angle of size 19x19mm fixed to perimetre wall. The complete grid is to be suspended at every 1200mm c/c in both directions by using 2mm dia pre straightened GI wire at every 1200mm interval at the main Tee using fine finished tagular edge including 9 mm thick Gypsum boards of size 600x600 mm with rear side Aluminium fril and front side PVC lamination complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall/stone wall, ceilings etc, racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing with water completely.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 with WPC on fair faces of brick surfaces of walls finished the surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : - WPC will be measured and paid separately)

Preparing newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning of roof/ terraces (accessible/non accessible) including removal of dirt, mud, debris, shrubs, grass (if any) etc. and disposing off the waste outside of cantonment complete all as specified and directed.
