Epoxy painting with Araldite and Hardners on Concrete / Plastered /Metal surfaces in the All Area of Prilling Tower or any Plant at anyHorizontal / Vertical Locations at all heights and depths with allnecessary useful Tools, scafolding / staging for safe and properexecution of work as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge.(Payment for cost of Araldite and Hardeners shall be made forseparately vide item No. 1 of Material Part)

Dismantling of existing damaged Epoxy screeding / plaster, oldEpoxy Coating from the Concrete / Plastered / surfaces in thevarious areas of NFL Plant, or at anyother location(s), atHorizontal / Vertical locations at all heights and depths , preparingthe areas to receive fresh treatment, with all necessary tools &tackels , scafolding / staging, including collection of dismentalledmaterials and disposal of the same in disposal yards locatedwithin Factory area as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Acid Resistant Tile on Floor/Walls/Drains orat any required location in plant area by using 228 mm x 114 mmx 38 mm size Acid Resistant Tile Class-1 conforming to IS: 4860with one priming Coat of epoxy primer with 6 mm or more thickbed of epoxy quartz mortar to make proper slope and painting ofjoints with solvent free epoxy paint as per enclosed technicalspecifications. The rate shall include for surface prepration,dismentailing of existing / damaged floor Providing & Fixing Tilewith mortar and disposal of debris to dump yard in factory area.(Note- All Material for Item no-5 i.e- Acid Resistant Tile, Epoxy Mortar,Quartz Sand and other material etc shall be arrange by Contractor forexecution of said item at is own cost)

Note: (1) GST shall be paid extra as per NIT. (2) Bidders may take care of Clause No. 6.0 of GTC & 1.8.0 of STC while quoting the Rates. (3) Bidders must read all the Clauses of STC and Scope of work before quoting rates.
