Dismantling/taking down carefully by disconnecting of electric connection from any situation/ location, place and depositing to MES store yard all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Such as street light fittings 1x 36/40 watts, HPSV/LED, HPMV of 70 to 400 watts, flood lights , post top lantern etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing of LED street light 90 Watt WARM WHITE 4000K with silicon gasket for IP 66 (no glue) protection suitable upto 50mm OD holder fixed on existing poles, LED street light shall be made up of pressure die cast alluminium LM 6 alloy housing with toughend glass and high power LEDs and secondary lenses with IP 66 protections of any one of maufacturers of LED viz; Nichia, Cree, OSORAM, Philips top opening for separate driver compartment with frame brand, logo embossed, toughened glass cover. High power ceramic base, CRI > 70, and bolted inside the luminaire panel. Average life class of 50000 hrs metal body fully coated phase to phase protection at 440 V upto 4 hours and > 300 V auto cut and restart feature. Luminaries and driver shall be of same make to avoid any dispute and service issue later all as directed and specified

Housing made of pressure die cast aluminium, top maintenable and with clear heat resistance toughened glass, have secondary lens for better optics, should have LM80 certified LED of CREE, NICHIA, OSRAM, SEOUL make only with constant current enabaled electronic driver with 5 KV SPD, IP 66 street light shall have inbuilt Li-ion battery of 5200m AH and shall have > 1.5 hrs battery backup at inverter load in case of power failure, efficacy > 100 LPW, CRI > 70, THD < 10%, PF > 0.95, Cut off voltage at 300 Volt + 10% and suitable for 50mm mounting pipe all as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of three phase 8 KW Automatic street light control switch using Infrared Sensor based NATURE SWITCH for automatic switching of Street lights. Nature switch operation should be based on Natural Light Lux level. Switching on illuminance level should be of minimum 30 Lux and Switching off illuminance should be greater than or equal to 10 Lux. The sensor should also have part night operation facility of min 4 hrs to maximum 12 hrs. The circuit shall have a provision for manual over ride operation. The sensor along with suitable power contactors and incoming-outgoing MCBs should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box conforming to IP54 complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply , installation and commissioning of system with communication system and centralized control and monitoring ( cluster/ group control) -15KW CCMS 3 Phase control and monitoring system comprises of MCBs , Contactor, Digital timer - GIC make or inbuilt with IOT Gateway, under voltage and over voltage protection make - GIC of inbuilt with IOT Gateway, manual rotary switch with complete system bypass function, L&T make energy meter with current transformer, enclosure made of CRCA sheet duly powder coated 2mm thickness IP 65 , inbuilt IOT Gateway for GPRS/ GSM communication for remotely control and monitoring through cloud based software fully equipped with M2M GPRS SIM and future ready with RF 2.4 GHz for ON, OFF and step less 0-100% group dimming and monitoring of individual light fault with respect to its function. CCMS shall have unique QR code based for installation through mobile based application on site. CCMS shall have inbuilt 20KVA SPD and facility to measure all parameters of input and output energy alongwith power factor. Total harmonic distortion, voltage range and neutral current. complete system along with operation of SIM shall be for period of 5 years from the date of installation. M&L for cloud based software for monitoring and controlling of CCMS, server used shall have 99.99% uptime with following below features :- (a) Allows user to communicate with networked switching and group street lights controlling. (b) Intensity control/ dimming - The intensity level (0% - 100%) of street lights shall be controlled instantly/ automatically by adjusting/ pre-programmed intensity level. (c) The street light status such as ON, OFF, DIM. (d) Remote configuration - It is possible to configure switching points through we application. Remote configuration includes new group ON/OFF/Dimming and individual fault alert timings, RTC time, real time data of each switching point- GCMS, Energy meter parameters of individual phase wise. (e) Fault alarms/ alerts - Network down failures, group luminaires failure, excess voltage/ current drawn, no mains power luminaires failure and contactor failure. (f) Google Map- Allows user to trace switching points through google maps, Reports - Allows user to generate various report. (g) Inbuilt RTC/ Astronomical schedule , used defined scheduel and SLC shall follows the previous schedule in case of failure of communication for new schedule. (h) Secure by AES 128 bit encrypted communication. (j) User can defined mutiple users hierachy based user access and management. (k) Software shall be licensed for operation of min 5 year after successfully commissioning. Repair / tightening of end terminals of street light fitting of any size and capacity and repair the street lights having minor faults i.e loose connections, carbon deposition etc and made the light functional all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel stip armoured, electric power cables 100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay brick common burnt sub class "B" old size (compressive strength not less than 75 kg per sqcm) for protection of cable laid in trenches for under ground cable all as specified.

M & L for sand cushioning trenches using fine sand to under ground cable, laid in two layers 15cm before laying the cable & 8cm after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cable protection GI tubing light grade fixed long the pole/under road/along the wall of size 50mm bore with necessary clamps all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggreate as in foundation for pole/stay assembly foundation coping of poles etc.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggreate as in foundation for pole/stay assembly foundation coping of poles etc.

M&L for road cutting including excavation returning filling in spreading leveling , well ramming in layers, soiling with, broken boudders/ stones, WHB 7.5 cm thick coarse aggregate received from dismentling the existing road, premix, carpeting 25mm thick using ready mix material , rolled & compacted for road patch repair work, section/ cross section area of cuttng complete all as specified and directed.

M&L steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-55 (12.00 meters long) complete with cast iron base plate and finial including one coat of red oxide and two coat of aluminium paint including fixing round ring and clamp of specified dia directed by Engineer-in-Charge for fixing of LED flood lights 6 to 8 Nos on one pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 1100 volt grade heavy duty cable 75 sqmm three core multistranded PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connection cable flat or circular including with non metalic electrical grade PVC conduit of 20mm dia with fixing arrangement with pole complete all as specified and directed.

S & F junction box polycorbonate with glass fibre reinforced , environment friendly, recylable, UV resistant , halogen and silicon free anti acid and anti corrosive IP 66/67 in accordance with IE rule internally embedded gasket, junction box of minimum 250 x 200 x 100 mm internal dimension including 3 phase 415 volt aluminium bus bar and one No. MCB SP 6A 10KA to control the street light including necessary clamps, nuts bolts to fix the junction box with poles all specified and directed.

M&L for brackets using GI tubing light grade , 40mm dia to suitable dia of street light, 1.2 mtr long, welded in angular shape suitable for fixing of street light fixed along the pole with two Nos iron clamps 40 x 3 mm and necessary nuts, bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed.
