REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE TO B/R WORKS OF SPORTS FACILITIES AND INFRASTRUCTURE AT HQ CIF (K) UNDER AGE (I) CIF (K)

Demolition of cement concrete un reinforced in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in floor as sub base concrete, complete all as specified.

M&L for 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks of any size and shape, factory casted, laid and jointed with grey cement and pigment and conforming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 Grade and joints filled etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20mm thick sand filling for sand cushioning to interlocking tiles, under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles (Light shade/ Double charged/ Ultra charged) 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42sqm but not exceeding 1 sqm, as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Colour and shade of tiles shall be approved by AGE(I) and contractor shall not have any claim whatsoever on this account.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles (Light shade/ Double charged/ Ultra charged) 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36sqm not exceeding 0.42 sqm, as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Colour and shade of tiles shall be approved by AGE(I) and contractor shall not have any claim whatsoever on this account.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles (Light shade/ Double charged/ Ultra charged) 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36sqm not exceeding 0.42 sqm, as in skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over 10mm thick cement plaster/ rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Colour and shade of tiles shall be approved by AGE(I) and contractor shall not have any claim whatsoever on this account.

M&L for 20 mm thick, Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms/vertical wall clading etc and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including 10mm thick rendering (bedding layer/backing coat) on brick/concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
