Improvement to Service road of 13th distributary in between RD 0.00Km to 8.00Km and 12th distributary from RD 00Km. to 2.00Km. and 14th distributary in between RD 00Km. 9.80Km of Rushikulya Irrigation System.

Clearing of grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 metres outside the area with supply of all equipments, tools and plants, labour required for the work including supervision charges and all taxes, cess, etc. but excluding GST all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying sub-base including preparing admixture of moorum and sand of approved quality, in proportion (60%moorum and 40%sand) conveying from stack and spreading the admixture in sub-base of road in layers not exceeding 225mm depth watering including cost carriage of water and compacted to required density in OMC condition to proper camber and grade with Vibratory Roller with sufficient number of passes for each layer including hire and running charges of VRR with other machineries and T&P etc complete cost , conveyance, royalties,DMF,EMF & additional charge and all other taxes, cess of all materials excluding GST to the site of work, all leads, lifts , delifts, labour , T&P and supervision charges complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge. (Measurement is to be taken on the finished level section).

Supplying, collecting, stacking good quality of moorum including conveying from stacks and spreading in sub-base in layers not exceeding 100 mm watering and compacting to the required density in OMC with PRR but including cost and conveyance of sub base materials etc complete with royalty, DMF,EMF,additional charges cess, taxes and T&P with all leads, lifts and delifts and all labour etc required for the work complete in all respect but excluding GST and as per specification and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting I.R.C. Grade-II stone aggregate (of size 63mm to 45mm) confirming to sieve analysis as per specification and moorum of approved quality at work site away from trafficable berm free from weathered skin surface for road work in regular interval including conveying from stacks spreading metal and moorum for IRC grade-II metalling in even layers to an uniform thickness comapacted to 75mm required density as per clause 404 of MoSRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works ( 4th revision ) and packing the voids with small stones and hand packing the same to the proper camber and grade filling the interstics by spreading moorum over the metal surface including watering rurf edging and consolidation with PRR 8-10 Tonnes with sufficient number passes for each layer including hire and running charges of PRR and all other machineries and T&P required for the work cost of watering and carriage of water including cost, conveyance, royalties,DMF,EMF & additional charge and Workers Welfare Cess with all leads, lifts, all labour etc. required for the work complete in all respect, but excluding GST as per specification and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 20mm thick premix carpet using 0.27 cum of 13.2mm to 5.6 mm size crushed stone chipping and 14.60 Kg penetration grade bitumen for 10 Sqm. including cleaning of road surface and conveying chips from stacks and feeding into hot bitumen mixer, heating bitumen to required temperature, conveying hot binder for precoating chips in required quantity to ensure thorough precoating, conveying precoated chips from the mixer, laying the same and spreading to proper camber and consolidation with P.R.R. with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty, EMF, DMF & Additional Charges taxes etc. of all materials, all labour charges, hire and running charges of PRR, hot mix plant, bitumen boilers and all other T & P articles, B & O.C. Workers Cess etc.required for the work complete in all respect, but excluding GST as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 Kg per Sqmt on the prepared surface of bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge works (4th revision) with all cost,conveyance, labour, T&P and Workers Welfare Cess etc. complete, but excluding GST as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.60 kg /sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge works (4th revision) with all cost,conveyance, labour, T&P and Workers Welfare Cess etc. complete, but excluding GST as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 6mm thick precoated seal coat Type-B using 0.06 cum of 6.7 mm size chips as per sieve analysis and 6.8 Kg of bitumen for 10 sqm. including conveying chips and feeding into hot bitumen mixer, heating bitumen to required temperature, conveying hot binder for precoating chips in required quantity to ensure through precoating, conveying precoated chips from the mixer and laying the same to proper camber and consolidation with P.R.R with all leads, lifts & delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty, EMF, DMF & Additional Charges taxes etc. of all materials, all labour charges, hire and running charges of PRR, hot mix plant, tar boilers and all other T & P articles, B & O.C. Workers Cess etc. required for the work complete in all respect, but excluding GST as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of the scarified material away from work site with all leads, lifts, delifts etc. including all labour charges, T&P, hire and running charges of all machineries, B & O.C. Workers Welfare Cess etc. but excluding GST ,all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
