Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil including hard moorum, stoney earth mixed with doublers (except sheet rock and boulders requiring blasting) with all leads & lifts including dressing & leveling the bed & depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads & lifts including Cess and cost of all labour T&P & dewatering if required for the work etc. complete and as per specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Supplying and filling in foundation & plinth with sand in 23.5 cm (9) thick layers including watering and ramming with all cost, conveyance, Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges of all materials, and labour with T&P required for the work including Cess etc complete. (Measurement will be taken on finished compacted section only) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm (3/2) size clean hard black hand broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm (6) thick to the required level ramming, watering & Curing etc. complete including cost & conveyance of all materials with all Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges and all labour with T&P required for the work with Cess etc, complete including dewatering if required as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

In Substructure

Fly Ash brick masonary in Cement Mortar (1:6) in foundation/Superstructure using-fly ash-brick of 23cm X 11cm X 8cm size having a crushing strength in between 75kg to 100 kg per Sq.cm with dimensional tolerance ± 8% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering & corbelling watering and curring for 7days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc. complete including cost & conveyance of all materials & labour required for the work with all Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges with all T&P & Cess etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

12mm (1/2) thick cement plaster in C.M (1:6) finsihed smooth to out side brick walls after racking out the joints including watering & curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and laobur with T&P required for the work with all , Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges & Cess etc, complete in all floors as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

16mm (5/8) thick cement plaster in C.M. (1:6)finished smooth to inside surface of 9" thick brick wall after racking out the joints including watering & curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all , Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges & Cess etc, complete in all floor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Finishing wall with any approved water proofing cement paint to outer wall surface after celaning surface including cost of paint watering curing with cost conveyance andof all materials and labour with T&P and Cessrequired for the work etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall surface two coats with any approved weather shield cement paint to outer wall surface after celaning surface including cost of paint watering curing with cost conveyance andof all materials and labour with T&P and Cessrequired for the work etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

RCCwork of gradeM-30 having a minimum compressivestrength in work text of 200Kg/cm2 in15cm cubesat 28daysafter mixing and tests conducted using 10mm to 20mm size (20mm not to exceed 25 percent) crusher black broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting,lowering and laying concrete by using vibrators watering and curing for four weeks centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth to receive painting or white or clour wasing providing grooves or beads where neCessary including cost, conveyance and Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges of all materials and labour required for the worketc, complete with all T&P and Cessin all respect but execludingcost of reinforcement MS rods or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 guage and labour charges etc, complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
