Replacement of Feeder Piller BOX No-6 Supply & installation of outdoor type Feeder pillar box having over all dimension 2100 x 1500x 1700 mm fixed on 50mm x 50mm x 6mm base angle channel on brick foundation. The pillar box to be made of 2 mm sheet steel should be fabricated work with necessary angle iron and flat iron duly welded bolted inside the pillar box for fixing different accessories having suitable size of angle iron for legs. The top sheet of the box (3mm) will be necessary to extend from the body of the box and also conical shape for rain water shed, it should have proper ventilation system for circulation of air and two part hinged type door with 2 nos. (Dust & Vermin proof) ,canopy arrangement for ventilation.

Railway type locking arrangement of both sides and providing 2 nos. handle for opening & closing the door. It is painted by two coats of Al. paint over one coat of R.O primer. the pillar box to be installed on brick foundation after keeping the box on 10'' brick be dded by brick ships & thereafter bricks foundation with neat cement finishing.

Part B Supply & installation of suitable size cubical type L.T distribution panel mounted by wall cum floor. It is fabricated from 1.6mm thick rust proof CRC sheet with all necy. flat/angle support, both ends of cable end/throat box of all main switches and welded at all edges having hinged door with rubber gasket in each compartments to protect from dust & moisture Necessary interconnection with bus bar and bottom Cabel entry and side exit .

There should be approved painted inside &outside. The interconnection between incoming & outgoing main switch and bus bar by suitable size cu wire, strips and bars & also the ends by crimping arrangement. It should be comprising with the following BBC & incoming & out going mains witches.

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required

LT Cubical Panel RAW POWER at HDU (Floor Mounted on angel iron frame ) :-Supply & Installation of LT Cubicle type fully compartmentalized Floor mounted panel board of size(7'x6.5'x1.6), with multi-tier arrangement, having rigid & self supporting structure fabricated with sufficient no. of channels (50x15x15mm) and covered by 14 SWG CRCA sheet with two coated enamalled paint along with IP55 protection combined with Louver arrangement at side with base structure by 75x40x4mm channel.Cable entry at bottom of the panel & cabel exit at top of the panel with two sided cabel alley .All incoming, outgoing SFUs are to be open execution & housed in respective compartments with hinged & gasketted doors at the front.

All the doors should have panel lock arrangements in such a fashion that it can not be unlocked unless the respective feeder remains OFF. The rear of panel should have gasketted wire net guard for ventilation and arrangement shall be made for easy access to each compartment by providing rear doors with locking system. The panel is to be properly gasketted to prevent the dust & vermin. All vertical & horizontal bus-bar chambers are to be properly arranged & all electrical switches, bus-bars are to be fixed by MS nut-bolts on suitable hylam board / non-hygroscopic insulators of adequate size & dimension. The outgoing feeder connections from respective switches are to be made at the rear side by means of bus-bar / multicore copper cables, to be terminated on bolted type terminals for cable connections or bush insulators for bus connection.There should be plate for making hole to fix different size glands.

Incomer-3 PH,415 V, 315 Amp,TPN ON LOAD(front operate) Change over switch .(Make-L&T/HPL/Siemens/ABB) Bus-Bar Chamber :600 A 4 bar Copper BBC made of 99.99 % electrolytic tinned copper flats .The bus-bar is to be rigidly supported on suitable SMC/DMC moulded non-hygroscopic insulating materials(or FRP Chair ) of robust fashion to withstand electro- mechanical stresses in the event of earth fault. All connection to bus is to be made by suitable nut-bolts. The bus-bar is to be wrapped with heat sinkable PVC tape (Red, Yellow, Blue & Black) for identification.(Make-Birla cupper/HCL).

Earthing :-A separate continuous aluminium earth bus-bar of size 50x5 mm is to be provided at the inside bottom of the panel and run across the full length of panel board. All electrical switches, C/O switches etc. are to be properly earthed with suitable GI wire.
