Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc..direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required

SITC of cubical canopy type of Bus bar box made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet of size 300 mm x 250 m x 150 mm deep with front openable door having locking arrangement, having IP-55 protection, box have to be fixed on existing Octagonal poles/MS Pole with help of bracket, necessary nut & bolt (of G.I.),with provision of 3.5 core x 25 sq.mm inlet & outlet cable connections with gland, 04 nos aluminium bus bar strip suitable for 32 A,220 V capacity with suitable insulated support for AL bus bar complete as required. (i) Sample of box to be got approved by Department before procurement.

SITC of cubical canopy type out door hut type Junction box having size 450 mm (L) x 300mm (D) x 450mm (H) fabricated with CRCA sheet 2 mm thick mounted on 04 Nos 35mm x 5mm thick angle iron frame, erected in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) foundation including excavation & refilling,hinged front & back doors with locking arrangements,,cable tray with provision of fixing of glands at hte bottom,antirust design, air ventilation grooves, water drop proofing arrangement ,insluators,earthing studs,nuts bolts etc.as required including connections,painting with primer & finish paint with synthetic enamel paint 04 nos aluminium bus bar strip suitable for 200 A,415 V capacity with suitable insulated support for AL bus bar complete as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50 mm)

Providing and fixing 90 mm dia (6 kg/Sqcm) 1.2 Meter (Approx.) PVC pipe (in Black/Grey color) from ground level to CG Box for cable protection along with 8 meter high GI octagonal pole (having bottom dia 200 mm and top dia 90 mm) / 11 meter high M.S. swaged pole (having bottom dia 205 mm) i/c bends, socket etc. and 1 No. GI clamp of 20 mm x 3 mm GI strip to hold the PVC pipe.

Supply & Fixing of reinforced PVC flexible pipe 30 mm dia (ID) with Puff seal between Existing CG Box & Bus bar box for laying and connection with 1 No. 2.5 sqmm flexible 3 core copper unarmoured cable etc. as required.

Supplying and laying following size PVC pipe (in Black/Grey color) ISI marked complete etc. complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. on the existing culvert/fixing on wall with the help of C-clamp, fastner, bends etc. complete as required. (for culvert)

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor hut type feeder pillar suitable for 415 V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system fabricated in compartmentalized design from 2 mm thick CRCA sheet, double door type with inbuilt locking arrangement, 3 mm pasivated gland plate, depth not less than 300 mm and all connection (incoming and outcoming) will be taken out in cable alley.
