Dismantling/ demolition of polymeric water proofing membrane single layer with and including plaster, PCC, Padding etc on roofs complete including removal of material and debris away from the site etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs, paddings, mud stops slightly chamfered or rounded in edges including required groove cutting with and including water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 with and including water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed..

Material and labour for water proofing treatment of roof slab all as specified below. ( Note- Each stage passed byGE/ Engr in Charge)

Preparation of plaster surface roof by brushing and cleaning .

Applying a priming coat with bitumen primer @0.5 Kg/Sqm.

Applying tack coat of hot blown industrial bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20Kg per sqm

Laying polymeric water proofing membrane weight not less than 3kg/sqm

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 including water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cementfinished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.(Capacity 500 Ltrs) separately complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) Capacity in litres 500 Ltr complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks three layered with cover (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I (Capacity in litres 500) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 20 mm bore Galvanized Steel tubes, medium grade with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Refixing only old GI tubing 20mm bore pipe and connection in new or old position as on walls, ceiling, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note : (i) Cleaning of pipe is included in ser No. 10.00 here-in-before. (ii) Rates quoted by the contractor deemed to be included S&F new fittings as required. Make : Sun /NMC (ISI marked)

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings including ridges , etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F of Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof overing/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and directed.
