PERIODICAL SERVICES TO INTERNAL WALL SURFACES, INTERNAL WALL PLASTER OF MARRIED AREAS AT INS SHIVAJI LONAVLA

M&L for Preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls,Pillars, cornices etc by brooming down with steel wire brush, scraping down smoke shoot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and Washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces applying one coat of white wash on the walls, pillars, cornices including touchup putty filling as required. and putting aside the furniture etc. by skilled labour etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl Item No 1 here-in-before but on ceiling including touchup putty filling as required.

All as per Srl Item No 3 here-in-before but two coat of oil bound distemper including touchup putty filling as required.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall and applying two coat of oil bound distemper, over a coat of primer, over two coat of wall care putty, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old painted wall surfaces and applying two coats of Plastic emulsion paint over one coats of priming with alkali resistant priming paint over and including two coat white cement based wall care putty smooth finish etc. of approved make & shade on walls and other places complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Preparation of old painted wood surfaces of any description having width/girth exceeding 10cm and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted wood surfaces of any description having width/girth execeeding 10cm and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description having width/girth exceeding 10cm and apply one coat of anti corrosive paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description having width/girth exceeding 10cm and apply two coat of anti corrosive paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
