Taking down carefully, copper / aluminium unserviceable /perished point wiring any type for light/ fan/ socket or power complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendant holders, lamp holders, bracket holders, regulators sockets, light fittings etc, and making good to disturbed surfaces of wall/floor/ceiling etc, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring for one light point controlled by one, one way switch with 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 Volt grade including 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 Volt grade as continuous earth wire in green colour to common earth and connected to earth dolly laid/drawn into and including PVC casing & caping with accessories fixed on surface of walls/ceiling by means of PVC sleeves/dash fasteners with cadmium plated screws, all as per IS and including wooden boxes terminal boxes in wall for mounting fittings like switches, sockets, regulators etc with and including 3mm thick phenolic laminated sheet top cover complete all as specified & directed.

Note: (i) Serviceable tube light fittings & tube rod retrieved from serial item No. 28.00 shall be used. (ii) Unserviceable tube light fittings & tube rod retrieved shall be given in Schedule of credit after inspection by Engineer - in - Charge or his rep.

Note:- 02 runs of 6 sqmm size, 01 run of 6 sqmm size cable & conduit with accessories shall be measured as one run length for payment purpose.

S&F 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connection suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular of aluminium stranded conductors of size 10 Sqmm all as specified & directed including dismantling & taking down old unserviceable service cable with suspension wires & hangers.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground level and connected to and including galvanized iron earth wire 4 mm dia by means of GI nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers thimbles, etc as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connection to main switch board/Test point/panel/equipment and testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in, and removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exc 50 metre, charcoal and salt in alternate layer 15 cm thick all around the earth plate electrode, MS funnel with wire mesh, GI pipe medium grade 20 mm bore for watering and 15 mm bore 3.00 metre long GI pipe light grade for earth wire protection fixed with poles with two clamps, made from MS flat 25 mmx3mm, bolts, nuts and washers, PCC chamber (1:3:6) type C1, 40mm thick precast RCC cover 1:2:4 type B1 shall be provided on CI frame etc complete including taking down old unserviceable earthing all as specified & as directed.
