Bidders are required to submit profit and loss account and balance sheet duly certified by Chartered Accountant for a period of 5 years.
Bidders are required to submit form PS 1 Technical proposal submission sheet and form PS - 2 Price proposal submission sheet on their letter head. Failure to submission of the documents called for shall result in summary rejection of bids.
Bidders are required to submit form PS 3 affidavit executed on non judicial stamp paper duly notarized in accordance with the form given in section 4 - Bidding forms. Non - submission of affidavit shall result in summary rejection of bids.
