M&L for non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) (in patches also) (area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 complete including dismantlling of existing floor tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for joint free glazed ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm in vertical surface, area of each tiles exc n.exc 0.72 Sqm (in patches also) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including backing coat/ plaster 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work in CM 1:4 surfaces to receive tiles including dismantlling of existing wall tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles double charged (light shade), 9-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.72 sqm, as in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 including dismantlling of existing floor tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles double charged (light shade) 9-10 mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.72 sqm as in skirting laid on 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) , set and jointed in neat cement slurry at the rate of 3 kg per sqm and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the shade of tiles including dismantlling of existing skirting tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 20 mm bore (outer dia) CPVC pipes SDR 11 & plain CPVC SCH-40 fitting on walls / ceiling or laying in floors/wall including all fitting such as (brass elbow, Brass Tee, Male threaded brass adaptor, Female threaded adaptor etc) union ,ball valves, flange and tank adaptor including taking down of existing GI tubing 15mm dia and connection complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of 25 mm bore (outer dia) CPVC pipes SDR 11 & plain CPVC SCH-40 fitting on walls / ceiling or laying in floors/wall including all fitting such as (brass elbow, Brass Tee, Male threaded brass adaptor, Female threaded adaptor etc) union ,ball valves, flange and tank adaptor including taking down of existing GI tubing 20mm dia and connection complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 25mm bore PTMT ball valves, high pressure, with of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high desity plastic ball ascrewed for iron pipe of 25mm bore and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs PVC connections 600mm long with brass unions at both ends suitable for 15mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs waste fittings, 32/40 mm brass, chromium plated for glazed ware sinks, basins, etc. with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, flange end bedded in red lead cement and other end fixed complete all as specified and as directed.
