cement pointing 1:2 flush on flat brick flooring ( Scraping brushing to remove grass on Roof surface) ( CSR Item 15.67)

Cement concrete 1:2:4 gola 10cm x 10cm concave quadrant along junction of roofs with parapet wall finished smooth, where specially specified.CSR Item No.13.55

Painting one coat with synthetic enamel paint inall shades on old wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surfaces to give an even shade including rubbing down old paint. CSR Item no.16.19

Painting new letters and figures of black synthetic enamel paint to an even shade [ CSR item no 16.47] up to 4 mtr hight

Providing and applying Anti Termite Treatment using post constructional chemical treatment measures as per IS- 6313- 2001(Part 3 )& using Chemical containg chloropyrifos systemic insecticide diluted to manufacturer's specifications by drilling holes in the floor slab & along skirting 300mm apart &12mm dia , drilling holes along all possible entry points such as junctions of floor and walls, door frames, sewage lines, entrypoints, etc. & injecting them with the chemical solution. The Engineer in Charge will ensure consumption of chemical as per manufacturer's specifications & minimum 5years warranty from the concerned dealer.CSR Item no.14.132.( Scraping brushing to remove grass on Roof surface)
